„I stayed here for 2 nights and had such a great time. The hotel is in a strategic location in the city centre, very close to many stores, restaurants, and pubs. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, and the room had good amenities, though it was a bit congested. Thankfully, I was staying alone, so it wasn’t an issue. There’s no parking available at the hotel, so if you’re travelling by car, I recommend parking at Cardiff Central Train Station Carpark, it’s just a 2-minute walk and reasonably priced.”

„Location was excellent. Right in the city centre. Don't be confused though, there are two Travelodges and we went to the wrong one first which was conveniently close to the train station. A short taxi ride took us to the correct one. Reception is unusually on the 3rd floor, but friendly staff. Your pass key will only unlock your floor which also has safety doors. Be careful not to put it near your phone as it desensitised it and it won't unlock anything - like mine, but a visit to the Reception fixed that. Felt very safe there as the automatic doors from street level lock at night, so no one could wander in off the street. A bar and cafe located on same 3rd floor as Reception was convenient for a drink and snack. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cardiff has a large pedestrian area, so it was easy to walk to major shops, restaurants and pubs (recommend the Owain Glyndwr) and attractions such as Bute Park and Cardiff Castle were easy to walk to. The Christmas markets and Winter Wonderland were also close by and beautiful to view at night. Foreign money exchange was a short walk from hotel at the Queen Street shopping arcade entrance.”

„It’s about a 10-minute walk from Cardiff Station to the hotel. The location is very convenient. However, there is no parking available, so it may be inconvenient for those traveling by car. I think it’s fine if you just need a place to sleep. Please note that it is not the kind of hotel you would expect from Novotel or Ibis. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a window, but it could not be opened. The room had a hairdryer and a safe, but no refrigerator. カーディフ駅からホテルへ徒歩10分ほどで到着できます。 立地はとても良いです。 しかし駐車場は無く、車で移動される方には不便だとおもいます。 ただ寝泊まりする分には良いと思います。 ノボテルやイビスのようなホテルでは無いのでご注意ください。 部屋は広く、快適に過ごせました。 窓はありますが開閉ができないタイプのものでした。 ドライヤーや金庫はありますが冷蔵庫はありません。”

„We arrived at Cardiff Central by train, which is 15mins walking to this Premier Inn. It was very welcoming and staff friendly, rooms clean, with as much tea and coffee, which you took from the travellers store at the main entrance. My only gripe is as I have dietary requirements, They couldn't cater for them and had to make do with what was on offer. No gluten free food at night, Only what I would call general burgers, lasagne, steak battered fish and chips. Only veg on offer was peas. In this day and age Hotels need to cater for a variety of people's health conditions. Vegan/vegetarians are not Gluten free or Ibs sufferers or Celiacs. Which are complicated problems. It would be helpful if they offered something which could be adapted. .”

„This new hotel is very clean and perfect location except the door lock is not working properly.  It is not perfectly fit and the room except to pull harder to lock it.  Besides, the room has no telephone which causes inconvenience if you need help. I spent an hour to keep going down to look for help several times.  I suggest the hotel could leave a note of the front desk phone.number for the clients convenience 🙏🙏”

„All in all, a good place to stay in Cardiff. First up, the location is prime - near to many food places and the castle. Very nice place to walk around, plenty of bars, plenty of restaurants and cafes. The room itself was lovely and indeed cozy, it does feel like home having a small kitchenette that has all the basic things - microwave, dishwasher, pots and plates, utensils etc. Washing machine that has both clean and dry feature is available so you could do your laundry. Cleanliness was okay, not the best I have seen, but it isn't like unacceptably dirty unless you are an OCD and expect a spotless area with not even a strand of feather left. This place could have potentially gotten my 100% excellence rate stars if the last night being there didn't spook me out. The stay was decent and very enjoyable until the last night at 1 midnight, the service phone in the room rang for no reason - a good 30s probably. I did not answer of course, but I immediately dropped a message to the support team to ask if they were trying to reach me (I couldn't find any reason if they would though). Support team was good before the stay that they tend to my queries quite promptly, but failed to reply me on my query on that spooky room call that I had in the middle of the night out of no where.  I haven't gotten any explanation or a good answer for what had happened but I definitely had a terrible sleep that night and can't wait to check out the next morning. ”
