And I would like to share my experience with the housekeeping staffs Mr Bappa ,mr.ankit,mr gaddu,mr.nilesh, mr.aman. they all were very friendly ,& helpful person thank you so much for making my stay more comfortable.The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. I appreciated how the bed was made neatly each day, and the bathroom was spotless. The housekeeping team did a great job of restocking supplies, such as toiletries and coffee. I noticed that they also took care to arrange my personal items thoughtfully. Overall, I was very satisfied with the housekeeping services during my stay. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!”

„The stay at grand delmon was very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and supportive. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is in the center and has the best location as the same is near from the market. If you are looking for a safe location, this is the best place to go. If you want to have a hotel with swimming pool, it does not have the same. Overall the stay was amazing. We had memorable time over there.”

„The property is nicely maintained with the staying rooms in the well firmished first floor which has a nice sit in space in the common area with a sofa as well as another sitting area with some books for reading, in case you forgot to bring own books. The rooms are well furnished with a split airconditioner, a nice king size double bed, huge wooden cupboard with additional storage space below the tv table etc. The furniture is of good quality and apart from that there is a huge window space where you can keep some additional stuff, if you want. The bathrooms are nice - one thing i need to mention is the soap they kept is the pears soap(marooning) with its unique nice smell. From the windows you can see the milling crowds almost all the time taking photos against the background of this building. They see you in wonder when you step out of the building. The caretakers anil and thippanna are nice people who attend to your requests politely. The breakfast is at taj vivanta panaji and a shuttle can take you there and drop back. We requested that the breakfast be delivered at ama trails itself - which was also taken care of. The taj hospitality is so good it spoils you - when you stay in other places you tend to find fault in almost everything. The only downside if you call it, is the area is all the time with tourists and there is no proper parking- though you can park near this property. The taj team was kind enough to accommodate me in vivanta panaji for a part of my stay and park my car there- which was truly memorable. I will give a separate review of vivanta panaji team”

„The hotel is located in a very good area, making it convenient to explore Panjim and nearby places. The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages of staying here. However, the rooms are quite small and may feel a bit congested for longer stays. The service experience could also be improved — the staff should try to be more polite and responsive to guests’ needs. Overall, the location is excellent, but improvements in room comfort and service quality would make the stay much better”

„The rooms are clean, the location (in the centre of panjim) is fabulous, and the staff is very helpful. There is no kitchen so for food you can either walk to a variety of excellent restaurants nearby or order through swiggy. Would highly recommend it for price conscious, 9 am-7pm business travellers who want a nice play to stay.”

„Location, comfort and visual appeal are united in this hotel. It actually feels like a real heritage place thanks to the tasteful way in which it is decorated and run. We stayed in a deluxe room, which felt worth the extra cost thanks to the beautiful furniture and the balcony. Breakfast was tasty and the waiters exceptional friendly (as was the staff in general. Lovely atmosphere and soul - this is the kind of place i prefer to ”splurge” on when travelling.”

„If you are looking for night stay inna quite place even in the city, this is good choice. The restaurant is serving tasty food. Breakfast is seems bit expensive for the items available. Lunch and dinner with 10%discount in room service. casinos and cruises are walkable around 750 m from hotel. not much activities in the hotel, so just eat and sleep. so just for roaming inside goa and reach back hotel eat then sleep. old building and no lifts but the house keeping guys will help to take your luggage. eateries and liquor shops nearby. parking is available inside the compound. ”
