My flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it! Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic. The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom. If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

シンプルだけどきれいなホテル。スタッフも親切。駅から近く、リアルト橋から徒歩20分で、観光しやすかった。 チェックイン前に荷物を預けることができたが、受付の横に置いておくだけなので、盗まれるのではと少し怖かったが、大丈夫だった。 部屋の中には、十分な広さのシャワー室、テレビ、冷蔵庫、貴重品ボックス、ケトル、コーヒーや紅茶があった。 チェックアウトは鍵を部屋の机に置いておくだけなので楽だった。

Byliśmy drugi raz w tym obiekcie oraz raz w „Hu Roma camping in town” i jesteśmy zadowoleni. Ten obiekt jest ładniejszy i czystszy niż w Rzymie. Obsługa miła, zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło szybko i bez problemu. W domku dostępna była klimatyzacja, suszarka, czysta pościel, ręczniki, mydła, szampon, lodówka. Na wyposażeniu również telewizja, ale nie korzystaliśmy ponieważ nie było polskich kanałów. Domki są głośne podczas mocnego deszczu, ale można było się tego spodziewać. Korzystaliśmy również ze śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Trochę mały wybór i brak dań na ciepło. Jedzenie jest świeże i dało się najeść na tyle, by mieć siłę na zwiedzanie Wenecji. Jak za kwotę 8€ uważam, że śniadanie jest ok.

Located conveniently at a water ferry stop so you don’t have to haul your luggage too far. No stairs in the hotel so that’s a bit of a struggle. Our room over looked the water which was very pretty. Breakfast was pretty good. You don’t get a choice they just bring you what they offer. Hotel and room are dated but I think that just gave it some character

We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

We found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling. The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues. During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either. We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved. The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy. There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience. We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

Dotarliśmy do najdroższego hotelu (1600 AU za 3 osoby, 2 osoby dorosłe), w jakim kiedykolwiek mieszkaliśmy. Na pierwszym piętrze nie było windy. Z trudem niosłem 2 walizki bez pomocy pana w recepcji do pokoju na 1. piętrze. Byłoby to bardzo trudne, gdybyśmy byli starsi i nie mogli nieść swoich walizek. Wi-fi nie działało w sypialniach tylko w miejscach publicznych - mimo że powiedziano nam, że tak. W sypialni na ścianach obok łóżka znajdowało się wiele zgniecionych komarów. Na koronkowej zasłonie było kilka śladów po papierosach. Na narzucie łóżka były ślady po papierosie. Kabel słuchawki telefonicznej nie był podłączony do telefonu - próbowałem to naprawić, ale nie trzymał się w gniazdku. Sejf nie działał. Instrukcje korzystania z sejfu były tak stare i zużyte, że nie można było ich przeczytać. Prysznic nie działał prawidłowo, więc musiałem zadzwonić do osoby w recepcji, aby pomogła nam w uruchomieniu. Trzeba było wyjść z kabiny prysznicowej, aby odzyskać żel pod prysznic / szampon / mydło. Pod prysznicem nie było gdzie umieścić tych przedmiotów. W ogóle nie było miejsca pod prysznicem. Przesunąłem stołek w łazience, żeby położyć na nim żel pod prysznic, i dwie nogi spadły ze stołka. Uchwyt na papier toaletowy nie trzymał rolki papieru toaletowego i ciągle spadał. Kosz w łazience był zepsuty i brudny Śniadanie trwało do 10 rano, skończył się chleb i nie został wymieniony, a było to przed 9 rano. Jestem biurem podróży i rezerwuję dla wielu gości pobyt w miastach na całym świecie, w tym w Wenecji Byłem zdenerwowany, że ten hotel miał wyjątkowo niski standard i czułem, że zrujnował koniec moich pięknych wakacji we Włoszech. Bylibyśmy niezmiernie wdzięczni, gdyby zechcieli Państwo zaoferować nam środki na kolejną rezerwację hotelu na trip.com. Jesteśmy w trakcie rezerwacji naszej listopadowej wycieczki po Azji. Ogólnie, pobyt był udany. Hotel był starszy, a pokój mały, ale wystarczył na krótki odpoczynek w podróży. Śniadanie było mało urozmaicone. Czystość była zadowalająca. Lokalizacja była świetna, dogodna do zwiedzania.
