„Good: Good cost performance, Good staff, great variety of food, convenient location - next to train station and convenience stores, signs are in english and Japanese. Staff have limited english skills which is ready good for simple requests I think. Bad: room seems to have no air conditioning (cool cold air) - the ”air condition” dail only has fan speed not temperature and it blows warm air. The window gives cold air but can be noisy, especially at day time with construction work going on nearby unless window is left very slightly ajar. Overall it's fine but not sure how good it is in the summer without air-conditioning.”

„The hotel is literally next to the JR Nara Station.You can purchase all of your travel tickets there and the airport bus tickets, too. In that area, there is a grocery store, a Walgreens type store, and nice affordable places to eat. I highly recommend the place on the corner(pic #1-2). The two guys that run it are so nice. There is a long shopping/restaurant street kinda across from the tourist center. I don't recommend this one ramen place located there. They make everyone pay before eating, and for the basic ramen that I got, it was overpriced. My bowl wasn't even full!(pic# 3-7) The tourist center is located close by, and the folks in there are very helpful(pic# 8). All of the buses are right there, so touring is very easy. The hotel itself is very comfortable. It's keyless, so take a picture of your pass code. The onsen on the premises has a pass code as well. Inside was very nice and relaxing. I went at 2:20am and it was wonderful. They have pajamas, pillows, and a free happy hour. The variety of spirits is extensive. Also, the elevator smells so good! The scent will de stress you. You can try a lot of things with a nice view of the station. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The last two pictures are the view of the bus terminal. There is another one on the other side of the building. This is the front view (airport bus location)”

„Modern stylish hotel. Room was spacious with panoramic view. Cozy comfortable matres and soft pillow. Very hospitality staff. In every moment try to help you. You may see Nara deers from cafe terrace. Convenient and quiet location. Not too many tourists. Grocery and a lot of deers near. Paid parking about 700 yens per weekday. I couldn't eat Japanese breakfast. It was too conceptual and unusual. But western breakfast is ok. I recommend you not to pay for hotel breakfast. Because of its unpalatable and at a high price for this place. Handy laundry. One washing costs 600 yens.”

„Nara Horai to bardzo odległe przedmieścia Nary. Jest tylko jeden autobus, nr 48 (na jeden autobus trzeba czekać pół godziny), a po wyjściu trzeba jeszcze iść 15 minut drogą wiejską. Po przejściu przez filar mostu znajduje się warsztat samochodowy i cmentarz na niezamieszkanym terenie. Aby zobaczyć hotel, trzeba przejść przez cmentarz. Rzeczywiście przerażające było ciągnięcie walizki przez cmentarz po zachodzie słońca. Nawet jeśli następnego dnia wyjdziesz na miasto w ciągu dnia, dla zagranicznego turysty byłoby bardzo niezręcznie chodzić po ulicy w kapciach i z bagażem. Miałem wrażenie, jakby obcokrajowiec nagle przybył do wioski w górach Guizhou. Przechodziłem tamtędy w ciągu dnia i odkryłem miejsce z zadbanymi ogrodami. To był Horai Tumulus, grobowiec 11. cesarza. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jest to magiczne miejsce, hotel jest całkiem niezły, a lokalizacja jest niezwykle odludna. Jeśli wybierasz się tam po raz pierwszy, zalecamy przybycie przed zapadnięciem zmroku.”

„Amazing stay throughout our Japan trip! the most chill and ”home feel” guesthouse where you get to stay with people from another countries. Bathroom, living room and kitchen is shared but very clean. If you would like to experience staying in Japanese style house, please visit this guesthouse.”

„Pod koniec marca temperatura wynosiła około 24 stopni Celsjusza, a w pokoju było bardzo duszno. Klimatyzacja w hotelu działała jednak tylko grzewczo, a nie chłodząco. Personel recepcji zasugerował otwarcie okna, ale potem wleciało mnóstwo komarów, więc nie odważyliśmy się ponownie otworzyć okna. Później wynegocjowaliśmy z personelem recepcji, aby udostępnił mały wentylator, aby zmniejszyć duszność. Pokój był mały (nasze łóżko było podwójne i bardzo małe, więc było bardzo ciasno dla dwóch wysokich par). Śniadanie było bardzo obfite, z codziennie innym menu, a jedzenie było bardzo dobre.”

„房間是自助check in和check out的，不用擔心太遲入住。我是自駕遊的，這所酒店提供了免費車位，十分方便！美中不足是酒店沒有升降機，而我被安排在一樓的房間，所以要抬行李上一層。 房間的空間感比想像中大，廁所和浴室是乾濕分離的，浴室內有浴缸。 房間的設備頗充足，酒店更提供了ReFa吹風機和晾衫架。房間內更有一個小型的開放式廚房，有微波爐和電磁爐，但入住當天，電磁爐暫時未能使用。”

„We had a good time at this place. Everything was very clean, the check-in was very easy and despite the thin walls (occasionally you could hear other guests use their door lock or the hotels neighbors coming home to their house) we had a good nights sleep. Would come again. Very spacious rooms compared to other Japanese hotel rooms. Bonus: there was a super clean and almost unused community kitchen with washingmachines and dryers.”

„Excellent location to Nara Train Station and buses to the attractions in Nara. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Nara train station. Room is small like all Japanese hotels, but the shower stall is large like North American ones. Quite a number of choices for breakfast.”

„Booked this hotel through Trip which was a godsend. The hotel that I booked through ******* was screwed up big time by ******* because the hotel didn't receive the reservation apparently. ******* was not helpful with the relocation (even thought there were availability at other hotels), claiming the hotel class are different from the one I booked. Anyways this hotel is convenient and clean, only thing that I disliked was the site mentioned double bed BUT only can accommodate 1 person!? Ended we have to pay additional ¥3k for the 3rd person (my youngest daughter) for 2 rooms. 1 room for myself and the other for both daughters because the manager was adamant about the 1 room per person, however after paying the additional ¥3k he was ok with 2 persons in a room. Didn't make sense unless I was explained it is some government regulations to allow only 1 double bed room for 1 person”
