After repeated communication, they deducted my original breakfast and said that I would have to pay at least 13,500 yen more. They used the most gentle words but did the most cruel thing. I couldn't communicate with the Ctrip manager to check out, and I was speechless in the end. But I have a backbone. I don't want the room or the money. It's super wordy and there is no service attitude at all."

"My experience at the Nara Hotel during this trip to Nara was excellent, especially the incredibly kind Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. We only asked for six bottles of water, but they gave us eight. They even provided us with a homemade tourist map. The room was also very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. The only downsides are that it's a bit of a walk from Shin-Omiya Station, and the shuttle bus only runs until around 5 PM. This is less convenient for travelers returning to the hotel at night."

"Tuż obok stacji Nara JR, że nie musisz nawet wychodzić z stacji, aby dostać się do hotelu, ponieważ są one połączone ze sobą. Jest duży supermarket zaledwie 2 minuty od hotelu, można kupić trochę żywności i cieszyć się nim w hotelowej salonie. Hotel Lounge otwiera się z 5-9pm, gdzie można dostać nieograniczone napoje, w tym alkohol i napoje miękkie. Można podgrzewać swoje jedzenie za pomocą mikrofalowego itp ... plus park Nara jest w odległości spaceru, gdzie można zobaczyć i karmić drogie."

"Blisko stacji JR i wystarczająco blisko głównych obszarów miasta; można dotrzeć do większości miejsc bardzo łatwo przez autobus lub tak. Staff był bardzo kompetentny. Wiele zaskakujących funkcji, od pianina na wejściu (z planowanymi koncertami coraz bardziej) do jakiegoś stacji gier i relaksu. Za cenę zapłaciłem, absolutnie miłe!!"
