Najlepsza obsługa, jakiej kiedykolwiek doświadczyliśmy! Hotel Ferra jest położony w samym centrum, zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od obiektów sportów wodnych na plaży White Beach. Udogodnienia i wyposażenie są bardzo dobre w tej kategorii cenowej. Ale jest jeden powód, dla którego mogę gorąco polecić ten hotel: przyjazny personel i znakomita obsługa! Dużo podróżujemy po Azji i Europie i jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni do różnych kategorii hoteli. Ale nawet w porównaniu z naszymi doświadczeniami w znacznie droższych i ekskluzywnych hotelach, obsługa w Ferra Garden jest znakomita. Od całego personelu w recepcji, przez obsługę w barze i restauracji, po personel sprzątający – wszyscy w tym hotelu są niezwykle przyjaźni i uprzejmi. Nigdy nie są sztuczni ani przesadzeni, ale zawsze autentyczni. Każde przypadkowe spojrzenie wywołuje promienny uśmiech, a każda rozmowa świadczy o szczerym zainteresowaniu i pomocy. Kiedy siedzimy w restauracji obok i wspominamy niezrównaną obsługę, uświadamiam sobie, że teraz uważam sposób komunikacji w większości hoteli za jeszcze bardziej nieprzyjemny, ponieważ wydaje się nieco uległy. Ta opinia może wydawać się przesadzona, ale chciałbym szczerze podziękować całemu zespołowi za to doświadczenie, a kierownictwu za tę niezrównaną kulturę korporacyjną.

We decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel. We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didn’t go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I don’t know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. Thank you very much for the excellent service, for the warm meeting at the airport, for seeing off early in the morning, for the organized breakfast before leaving early for the airport at the end of our vacation. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

The hotel was great and clean. Emman and jeno at the frontdesk was very accomodating and always ready to assist if you needed help with anything. Breakfast is not a buffet but some items at the menu does change which is awesome. This place is right infront of the beach where the watersports are at which is great for people who love to do water activities. This hotel doesnt have a gym for my gym goer friends but you can do water activities to burn all the calories! The crispy shredded adobo with poach egg in the menu is a must try! This hotel also offers massage services at your room aswell. Very accessible and walkable to Dmall. Still part of station 2. You can borrow umbrellas and towels to the beach from this hotel which makes it even more convenient. All in all it was great.

Mały, ale dobry wybór, jeśli zależy Ci tylko na morzu i idealnym śnie. Jedzenie jest pyszne. Poprosiliśmy również o dodatkową pościel, poduszki i koc, a oni zażądali dodatkowej opłaty. To nie było przyjemne. Podczas gdy większość hoteli pobiera około 500 pesos, oni zażądali 1500 pesos, co naszym zdaniem jest absolutnie nieopłacalne. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, pokój, jakość snu, sala śniadaniowa, morze i basen są przyjemne. Basen nadaje się głównie do nurkowania, a regularnie odbywają się tam treningi. Ogólnie hotel jest akceptowalny, ale nie uzasadnia dodatkowych opłat.

Uwielbiamy tropikalny klimat tego ośrodka, a jego dodatkowym atutem jest położenie tuż przy plaży i dostęp do głównej drogi Station1 Boracay, co ułatwia transport do Station2, jeśli nie chcesz iść pieszo. O wiele lepiej, jeśli goście otrzymają darmowe kapcie jako udogodnienie. Poza tym ich menu śniadaniowe z wołowiną peklowaną nie smakuje najlepiej.

Ogólnie bardzo mi się wszystko podobało. Plusy: Zameldowaliśmy się wcześniej bez dodatkowej opłaty; Lokalizacja jest doskonała (przy wyjściu znajduje się stoisko z shawarmą i napojami); Pierwsza linia Urozmaicone śniadanie (wziąłem kontynentalne; owoce; ryż z wołowiną i jajecznicą; naleśniki; tosty z dżemem i jajecznicą); Sympatyczni administratorzy (pomagali w razie potrzeby, zostali dobrze przyjęci, życzliwi); W pokoju było wszystko, co potrzebne (żel pod prysznic i szampon, lodówka; dobrze działający prysznic, szczoteczki do zębów i pasta do zębów, na balkonie znajdował się doskonały stół z dwoma krzesłami i dwoma leżakami; Ładne i wygodne łóżko. Wady: To urodziny mojej żony i mnie, ale hotel nam nie gratuluje; Sprzątanie jest dobre, ale na żądanie.

We had a pleasant experience staying at Lime Hotel. It’s conveniently located along the road where you can ride e-trikes and mini buses easily to save time instead of walking. Our room has everything we need as well. The only downside for us are the stairs but it’s not that big deal I think. We are also commending every staff as they are all helpful and they always greets us whenever they see us. Overall, we had a great stay at this budget hotel in Boracay Island! 😊

Excellent beachfront location with very friendly and responsive staff. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the location and service more than make up for it. There's no currency exchange at the front desk, and a 1000 peso deposit is required at check-in. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. There's a cafe and bar in the hotel courtyard offering various breakfast options and easy snacks. The hotel also provides sun loungers and beach towels. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️. I also strongly suggest having lunch or dinner at the Villa Caemilla hotel restaurant (just 30-50 meters from this hotel, towards the port). The service and cuisine there are among the best in Boracay, and it's only slightly more expensive than other places.

Lokalizacja jest blisko plaży. Mają proste pokoje, ale eleganckie naman. Mają też 10% zniżki na bufet, jeśli u nich zatrzymasz się. Przyjazny personel yung i mają drinki powitalne

Check in was fast. Staff and security were friendly. Great location in front of the beach. But the resort seems old and the floor in the room was sticky. 3 options of pool to relax in. Booked a deluxe room even though I was alone. Room was big. The towels were worn out though.
