„Piękny i przytulny ośrodek, położony w odległości spaceru od plaży oraz pobliskich punktów gastronomicznych i spożywczych. Pokoje są małe, ale wyposażone w sprawną klimatyzację i podgrzewacz wody do pryszniców. Wszystko jest czyste i działa bez zarzutu. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Lokalne domowe filipińskie śniadanie jest świetne i ma duży wybór! Wypożyczenie motocykla w samym ośrodku kosztuje 300 PHP za dzień. Nie są to nowe motocykle, ale warto je wypożyczyć, aby zwiedzić wszystkie atrakcje na wyspie Bantayang. Najlepsze doświadczenie mam z menedżerką Aizą, która bardzo chętnie udziela wskazówek na temat lokalnych atrakcji i spełnia wszystkie nasze prośby dotyczące ośrodka. Ten ośrodek to niedrogi pobyt w dobrej lokalizacji, do którego na pewno wrócę, jeśli wrócę na wyspę Bantayang.”

„My colleagues stayed here after our work event–I booked them the double room and I booked a solo room. Bathroom and toilet room are clean with towels, shampoo, and body soap provided. They said the room was comfortable and provided them enough space to rest after our island hopping tours. We recommend this to some of our friends who are planning to visit Bantayan Island.”

„Accommodation: I traveled solo and booked a backpacker/dormitory bed. When I arrived, I was both surprised and happy to find out that I was the only person staying in the room, which had 12 bunk beds. 😅 It felt like I had the whole room to myself! The bed was comfortable and came with two pillows and a blanket. I also appreciated that the bed and room smelled nice and clean. One suggestion I have is to consider adding curtains or some kind of divider between the bunk beds. This would provide guests with more privacy, especially when the room is fully occupied. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were good and functional. However, I noticed a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom sink was quite clogged, and I think the shower and water heater could still be improved. I would also suggest more thorough and regular cleaning, particularly in the bathroom area, to make the facilities more comfortable and pleasant for guests. When I arrived, I also noticed that the bedroom floor was wet. It would be better if the floor were completely dry before a guest checks in. I really liked the shared living room. It was spacious, comfortable, and a nice place to relax. There was also a kitchen area available, which was a great addition for guests. Service: The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. I appreciated how approachable they were and how they made my stay comfortable. Overall Experience: Overall, I had a nice experience staying at the place. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and comfortable the place was. I feel that it offers good value for money, especially for solo travelers and backpackers. They also have a restaurant and a bar, although I wasn't able to explore them because I only stayed for one night. Despite the few areas that could be improved, I would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again in the future.”

„To mieszanka. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, oferująca codziennie inne, przyjemne morze. Aby bezpiecznie pływać, należy przestrzegać harmonogramu pływów. Teren hotelu i rośliny są bardzo zadbane; piękne i czyste. Jest długi odcinek plaży idealny na spacery. Logistycznie dogodne miejsce – jest mnóstwo kawiarni, restauracji, sklepów z artykułami podróżnymi i w pobliżu targ ze świeżymi produktami. Główną wadą jest duży plac budowy w pobliżu, który słychać cały dzień, szczególnie w pobliskich bungalowach. Pokoje i bungalowy są w dobrym stanie. Są jednak poważne niedogodności: co drugi dzień nie można było wziąć prysznica z powodu niskiego ciśnienia wody; gdy ciśnienie było niskie, podgrzewacz wody się nie włączał; a woda miała silny zapach ścieków. Na śniadanie restauracja nie oferuje soli, pieprzu ani sosów, chyba że poprosisz. Napoje obejmują sok z koncentratu lub kawę. Dopiero po tygodniu odkryliśmy, że oferują herbatę na śniadanie. Śniadanie jest bardzo skromne i w ogóle nie ma owoców, co jest zaskakujące, biorąc pod uwagę ich cenę na wyspie. Przez cały tydzień na plaży leżały śmieci, tylko trochę, wyrzucone przez morze. Sprzątanie odbyło się szybko, bez większego wysiłku. Ale dlaczego plaża jest sprzątana tylko raz w tygodniu? Strona internetowa hotelu reklamuje transport wahadłowy, ale odradzam. Z własnego doświadczenia: wysłałem SMS-a i e-mail do hotelu punktualnie; nasz prom odpłynął o 17:30. Dotarliśmy na wyspę około 19:00. Nikt nas nie powitał. Dotarliśmy tam sami. Ochroniarz hotelowy powitał nas w hotelu i dał nam klucze do pokoju. Od razu okazało się, że włącznik światła w łazience powodował pioruny i mógł nas porazić, a podgrzewacz wody nie działał. Ochroniarz powiedział: „Proszę o kontakt z administracją jutro; moim zmartwieniem jest bezpieczeństwo”. Informacje o problemach z pokojem nie są przekazywane kierownictwu. W rezultacie pierwszą noc spędziliśmy bez ciepłej wody i prądu w łazience. Po skontaktowaniu się z nimi, w połowie drugiego dnia otrzymaliśmy pokój roboczy. Nie przeprosili za pominięty transport wahadłowy ani nie zaoferowali nam deklarowanego odszkodowania za nasz niezależny transfer. Co więcej, po zaledwie jednym dniu pobytu otrzymałem powitalny e-mail z hotelu. Hotel dysponuje odpowiednią kadrą, a ludzie są pozytywni i przyjaźni. Jednak zarządzanie, kontrola jakości i kierownictwo wykazują poważne braki. Pokoje są przeładowane przypomnieniami tekstowymi, zasadami i ograniczeniami, z których wiele byłoby mylących dla przeciętnego człowieka. A może kierownik hotelu myśli, że w jego hotelu zatrzymują się tylko osoby z demencją? Przypomnienia i ograniczenia są całkowicie zbędne, jeśli goście są witani szybko, a niezbędne informacje są przekazywane elektronicznie w ich ojczystym języku.”

And for a memorable experience, don’t miss the kawa hot bath, a fun and relaxing soak in a giant cauldron-like tub heated over a fire. Crystal-clear waters, breathtaking views, and plenty of photo opportunities make these spots unforgettable, so bring your camera or drone to capture the magic.”

„the place was so nice and people were accommodating my family very well. i am currently staying in japan and i booked this hotel for my family for there new year vacation and when they got there the confirmation booking was smooth and my mom told me that even the staff there often ask if they're comfortable with the room and if they lack something like knife or basic utensils because they can lend them there's. When my mom ask for a possible motorcycle rent one of the staff did not hesitate to provide solutions and shared amazing spots that must be visit within the area free of charge and provided tips on how to get there. the wifi was never a problem. the room was clean and the towels smell amazing. Overall i would recommend this place specially with its budget friendly prize and the people there are nice. :) leave a like if this helps :D”

„The price-quality ratio is not right. A room without breakfast is not worth its 600 yuan. The prices on the website and in general are inflated. It’s better to book through the hotel’s own website: ************************* the cost will be lower. On the plus side, the grounds are well-maintained, it’s 5 minutes from the port, and there’s a swimming pool. There’s also a beach, but you’ll feel great on any public beach in Bantayan, as the water is clear, the sand is white, only there’s some trash from the sea in places, but that’s an environmental problem and due to the selfish attitude towards nature when people don’t clean up after themselves. The restaurant on the premises is much more expensive. Of the dishes, I liked the pasta and pork, the pizza was okay, but the fish was dry. On the downside, since the rooms are made from containers, there’s no soundproofing, and neighbors who are just talking very loudly will be disruptive. The air conditioner, which hums like a Ducati engine due to incorrect installation, can’t be used at night because the noise makes it impossible to sleep, but without it, it’s stuffy. There are problems with hot water and a lack of internet in the rooms, only in the common areas. This could be seen as a plus or a minus. Also, it’s a bit unclear why security and staff at the pool are asking every day which room you’re in, even though I was the only foreigner with a child in the hotel. The inability to use a UnionPay bank card from time to time due to problems with the terminal in the hotel is also an issue. Withdrawing cash on the island is a problem as the ATMs don’t work. No toothbrush or toothpaste is given, and soap and shampoo are only given at the start.”

„Very nice resort, the people very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very chill and have a private beach, 2 swimming pools very clean and one is just for th guests in the hotel. The beds are very comfortable, and the room service also is very nice. With a tricycle is just 5 minutes to the center of Santa Fe so is very good because is very nice and not so crowded. Just 5 minutes walking have the ruins and in front of the ruins have a very delicious restaurant so I think this place is perfect for be relax and not with so many people, the resort I think for the price and all they offer is perfect! And the restaurant for breakfast also is delicious and have many options. So I highly recommended.”
