Adults only hotel (over 12yrs) so booked two separate rooms for our family of 4. Greeted at the hotel by a lovely young woman after a late flight into Antalya. The hotel is in a great position to explore the old town and surrounds. The pool is divine and we spent plenty of time just relaxing. The included minibar was a welcome surprise as was the homemade lemonade, tea, coffee and snacks available 24/7. The rooms are nicely furnished with aircon and comfy beds. All staff we came across were professional, helpful and kind. I would definitely choose to stay here again and we really liked Antalya so we would love to come back.

The service was excellent. We were staying in the stone room. Lovely big room in the annex. The room would have been excellent if it had a small amount of outdoor space. Just a table a 2 chairs to relax in the afternoon. Breakfast was fab but a little repetitive if you stay for a week. The burgers were the best in the area, soo good we ate there twice.

Very strategic hotel location. In the heart of old town with beautiful interior. However, there are busy coffee shop and restaurant that open until midnight, and the old building wasn't built with sound proof walls, so expect a bit noise from outside.

Hotel ma świetną lokalizację! Przed drzwiami znajdują się przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe, a taksówki parkują w pobliżu przez długi czas. Jest to około 10 minut spacerem od Bramy Hadriana. W pobliżu znajduje się również duże centrum handlowe, a food court na najwyższym piętrze oferuje szeroki wybór dań. Należy pamiętać, że między wejściem do hotelu, holem i windą znajdują się schody, przez które wnoszenie dużego bagażu może być utrudnione. Pokój ma taras, który nie jest zbyt głośny w nocy. Lubię tu siedzieć i pić~

The location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect. The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option. The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited. When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open. The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit The ensuite fantastic for all needs. All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments

We loved the hotel , we booked the normal deluxe room with a city view we liked the room so much we booked again for a king suite when we came back to Antalya! Beautiful hotel with good breakfast and lovely service!

Located in the middle of old town, surrounding with many restaurant, bars and shops, easily to reach many places by walking and value for money.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja – na Starym Mieście, blisko wielu restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów, starego portu, wieży Hidirilik, parku Karaalioglu i punktu odbioru na jednodniowe wycieczki, który znajduje się tuż za Bramą Hadriana. Pokój był dość mały i wiele rzeczy nie działało. Niedostępne szuflady przy łóżku, telewizor i sejf nie działały, mały, stary prysznic bez odpowiedniej wentylacji, brak miejsca na powieszenie/wysuszenie czegokolwiek poza szafą, pościel śmierdziała kocią karmą. Klimatyzacja działała jednak naprawdę dobrze. Komunikacja z personelem była uprzejma, ale fatalna. Potrzebowałem wcześniejszego zameldowania, a kontakt z nimi przed przyjazdem był koszmarem. Albo nie odebrali, albo jeśli odebrali, to mówili, że nie wiedzą/oddzwaniali później. Po przyjeździe o 6 rano, kierownik zmiany nocnej powiedział nam, że zapewni nam pokój wcześnie, około 9 rano i zgodzili się, że nie ma sensu płacić za wcześniejsze zameldowanie tylko za 3 godziny i możemy po prostu poleżeć przy basenie do… Ale to było kłamstwo. Kierownik pokoju dziennego po prostu nas zbył i zażądał dodatkowej opłaty za pokój na poddaszu, w którym ledwo można było stanąć. Sfrustrowani i rozczarowani, czekaliśmy na zameldowanie do 14:00. Nie mieliśmy Wi-Fi przez cały dzień, mimo że narzekaliśmy. Wi-Fi w pokojach działa inaczej niż w lobby, czego personel najwyraźniej nie rozumiał. Po prostu nie zadali sobie trudu, aby dokończyć proces włączania Wi-Fi, przez co nie mogliśmy uzyskać do niego dostępu w pokoju. Przez cały pobyt otrzymywaliśmy różne informacje od różnych 5 pracowników, co było bardzo frustrujące. Butelka na wodę i kosmetyki itp. są dostępne tylko pierwszego dnia, o czym nie ma wyraźnej wzmianki w opisie. Jeden z pracowników powiedział nam, że sprzątanie odbywa się co trzeci dzień, kiedy prosiliśmy o kilka rzeczy, jednak nie jest to prawdą, podobnie jak inni pracownicy/właściciele. Śniadanie było w porządku. Niewielki wybór ciepłych dań, tylko frytki, kiełbaski i jajka. Strefa wewnętrzna wygląda ładnie z roślinami i basenem. Mnóstwo uroczych kotów. Są 3 papugi, a jedna z nich mówi! Poziom hałasu jest spodziewany, jeśli patrzysz na basen. Nie jest to idealne rozwiązanie dla osób o lekkim śnie. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, świetna lokalizacja, ale obsługa wymaga lepszej obsługi.

This was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.

Отель снимали на сутки. Номер небольшой, но все имеется. Завтрак включен, шведский стол. Персонал доброжелательный, любят животных. Уютный отель. Есть бассейн, но он расположен в закрытой зоне от солнца.
