Perfect location for winter or summer. 6 minutes to Arrowhead, 10 minutes to Beaver Creek, 20 minutes to Vail and just a minute up the hill from the shops and restaurants of Edwards. Hiking paths can be accessed right across the street. Kitchen and powder room were renovated at the end of 2024.Paint, flooring, bathrooms, washer/dryer and furniture were all updated in the fall of 2021.
