This 2-bedroom riverfront apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of 4. It is set on over 2 private acres (and attached to several additional acres of public parkland), it is approximately 20 minutes from the Metro North Train, a 15-minute drive to Bethel Woods (Woodstock). It is just a 2-hour drive from NYC, as well. Additionally, we are attached to a small apple/pear orchard and ranger station (park) which we encourage guests to utilize as an additional amenity. lots of nearby hiking trails, winter skiing, canoe rentals, fishing, and swimming (on our property). This section of the Delaware River is especially good for fishing, swimming, and boating due to its deep waters and gentle current. **Please note that there is now another rental unit on the same property. The spaces have no connectivity between them, but the outdoor bridge and water access points are shared. However, you'll have your private deck, fire pit, and BBQ.
