Guest is responsible for any pet damages.-There is no cable or internet, but lots of DVD's and games.-There are steps going to the loft, the backyard, and to the lake.-There is a spiral staircase to the loft. If needed, you can use outdoor steps to access loft (great for dogs and if you have large bags).-Canoe, kayak, waterslide, and dock are use at your own risk. There are a several orange life vests. Location is perfect for swimming, fishing, and water sports.The property was a duplex converted to a single-family home. The upstairs however remains separated with each side boasting a primary bedroom and second bedroom connected by a jack and jill bathroom and a laundry room. Each primary bedroom has lake views with a walk out balcony. The second living room includes a sofa bed that easily converts to a queen bed with additional sleeping for two. A room divider is available for additional privacy.Close proximity (12mins) to grocery store, ABC store, boat/jet ski rentals, restaurants/bakery/deli/coffee short, miniature golf, winery, bowling, Captain Jack Charters, etc.Linens, bath towels and wash cloths are provided. An amazing waterfront home on Jimmie's Creek. The perfect lake house with lots of space. The huge master suite is on the main level which includes an open family room and newly renovated kitchen. There are two large bedrooms upstairs w/full baths and another full bath downstairs w/ a large bonus room. There is an awesome bar in the basement with a space to relax. There are no bridges, and the cove has a "NO WAKE" zone so great for swimming and floating with kids. Boat dock and deep-water access makes for great memories on the lake.
