„We stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!”

„Older very nice hotel but I prefer to stay at a hotel with a restaurant/bar on the premises.”

„4 days 3 nights Washington road trip. This hotel bit outdated and okay cleanliness because I found a piece nail in the room. But the service, location and food was perfect. So some good but some bad.”

„Very cool lobby with fun games decor . Rooms tiny without any simple amenities like water or coffee. Coffee pump pots in lobby empty. Says pet friendly but not so much also charged 50$ for puppy Staff young and nice enough but kind of lazy. Mixed review.”

„While the customer service of the associates was fine, the carpet in the room was so sticky! My shoes stuck to it. To my surprise, the hotel shuttle was only available from 5/5:30 a.m. to 20:30. They were nice enough to order a taxi for me, but I did have to pay for it. I chose this hotel for the shuttle and the location close to the mall. They were kind enough to take me to and pick me up from the mall.”

„This is a very elegant and old school hotel. With vibes of American-style vintage decoration, the hotel brings you back to the earlier days of Seattle. Clean, good location, quiet (except for the in-room air conditioning machine), comfortable bed settings, simple but enough complimentary breakfast choices and welcoming hotel staff. Close to Pike Street market, fishing market and Macy’s. My first remark in English on C-trip.”

„Stayed here for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Excellent location for downtown activities as well as the Capitol Hill neighborhood, which boasts a vibrant LGBTQ community. Bar and concierge services need some fine tuning, but the breakfast is presented well. Better get there early! Parking garage onsite with short walks to bus, streetcar and light rail lines. Housekeeping was good and the suites are very nice with stylish decor and innovative shower designs and features. Gym is small, but the second floor has plenty of space to work remotely in comfort, including an outdoor patio.”

„The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!”

„If you want a hotel near Seatac, this is the one. My room got upgraded to suite so the space was big with a living room. The breakfast buffet had varieties and is totally worth it. They also have swimming pool and gym.”

„由於航班取消，航空公司給安排的賓館，距離機場6英里，有shuttle bus接送機場，因此比較方便。房間挺大的，前台服務人員態度很好，一樓的美國餐廳早餐能適應，但點的晚餐口味不太習慣，浪費了meal voucher, 另外還有一家印度餐廳，這次沒有嘗試。”
