„4 days 3 nights Washington road trip. This hotel bit outdated and okay cleanliness because I found a piece nail in the room. But the service, location and food was perfect. So some good but some bad.”

„Stayed here for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Excellent location for downtown activities as well as the Capitol Hill neighborhood, which boasts a vibrant LGBTQ community. Bar and concierge services need some fine tuning, but the breakfast is presented well. Better get there early! Parking garage onsite with short walks to bus, streetcar and light rail lines. Housekeeping was good and the suites are very nice with stylish decor and innovative shower designs and features. Gym is small, but the second floor has plenty of space to work remotely in comfort, including an outdoor patio.”

„While the customer service of the associates was fine, the carpet in the room was so sticky! My shoes stuck to it. To my surprise, the hotel shuttle was only available from 5/5:30 a.m. to 20:30. They were nice enough to order a taxi for me, but I did have to pay for it. I chose this hotel for the shuttle and the location close to the mall. They were kind enough to take me to and pick me up from the mall.”

„If you want a hotel near Seatac, this is the one. My room got upgraded to suite so the space was big with a living room. The breakfast buffet had varieties and is totally worth it. They also have swimming pool and gym.”

„The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!”

„I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. One of the best things was the convenient parking – for just around $55, you get all-day access with in-and-out privileges, which made it super easy to explore the area without worrying about parking. They also gave us a complimentary recyclable water bottle and a couple of drink vouchers that could be redeemed for anything, which was a nice touch and made our stay feel even more special. The mattress was really comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place. Great service, thoughtful amenities, and a really comfortable stay.”

„Sweet spot in the heart of Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms with kitchenette and espresso (pod) machines. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Major transit (bus) stops also within walking distance.”

„The location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days! I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle! One note. Paying for parking. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car.”

„So far so good. The location is out of city center. It is not convenient for shopping and transportation.”
