„The stay was great , there was butler help us arrange for station pickup and drop off . There was souvenir given to kids. However the front office staff wasn’t that helpful , we couldn’t use T3 to book taxi, the staff did not help us book a taxi, only ask us to flag taxi on the road ourselves . The smart system didn’t respond too well, wanted to open the curtain by voice command but couldn’t work, and the washing basin couldn’t drain water very well , need to use hand to open the drainage to release water.”

„-room was big and comfy , i like the toilet seat where its automated. Balcony is lovely too .Floor inside the room is well ventilated with heater. TV was huge and good quality . -breakfast was ok , everyday was quite the same kind of breakfast with some changes .Food was good .No coffee and tea , only water and soybean -location was isolated from main road ,hence its more quite and serene .But to take Didi , required to walk outside 2 min and wait for taxis . -Washing machine x2 and dryer x2 .Detergent is prepared as well . -Walk to Changbaishan North required about 8 min walking. Took Didi to Enduli and Genting Market, you can walk for around 12-15 min to reach the commercial area . -shower and toilet bowl is in separate room -lift is ok ,not too fast or slow .big to accomodate 4 people with luggages . This is by far my most flavored hotel i stayed in my entire trip .”

„i'm not chinese and cant speak chinese so i can't communicate with front office to pick me up from trainstation so i use taxi from Changbai train station to this hotel with cost 100 yuan. when arrive, a young chinese women in tradition korean custome greeted me so well. she try to communicate with me and friend by wechat. made me so impressed. i went ski and the receptionist arrange ski class and ski suit rental for us. variety of breakfast :) hotel arrange bus to send me and my friend to next hotel. that's so lovely :) thanks so much from 泰国人”

„I called ahead to ask if we needed a pick-up service, and the service was good. Since we drove there, we didn't need it. We specifically chose this newly opened place because we came to Changbai Mountain to get our marriage certificate, and the price was very reasonable. Because it was the off-season, we went twice but didn't see Tianchi Lake. We finally saw it when we got our certificate. As soon as we drove up to the door, a staff member came to ask if we needed help with our luggage. I told them I had some trash, and they brought two trash bags. When our bag broke, they even brought it to our room. As soon as we opened the door, there were two staff members there, and the service was excellent. Since we were getting our certificate, they also asked if we needed a gift bag. When we checked out, we forgot about it, and they called us back. Luckily, we hadn't left yet, so they went to pick up the gift bag. Overall, the service was very good. We also had breakfast that morning, and everything was provided, including hot milk. We also had freshly made yellow noodles and wontons. The service was great.”

GGuest UserThe hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious with excellent lighting, and the owner clearly has great taste – the entire hotel has a fantastic style. It's located right in the Enduli Resort area, so stepping out to go shopping was incredibly convenient, and it's also very close to Yunding Tiangong. The shuttle service to Changbaishan Station was a huge plus. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast variety; it would be even better with a few more options, like pastries, which kids would definitely love.

Location is a bit away from the center of the town (though just a couple of blocks away), so it's more quiet there. And thank you for the free station pickup service!

3313d9I stayed here in Dalian, and it was excellent and very convenient. The community was quiet, with complete facilities, and pet-friendly. My beloved pet could play happily downstairs, and parking was super convenient. There was a buffet breakfast, which wasn't available when I booked, but the owner kindly added it for us. The breakfast was perfect for us—home-style, light, and delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. Changbai Mountain isn't very big, so getting around is easy. I think this community has the best location—quiet yet convenient. The air quality is superb; the air throughout Changbai Mountain is always fresh. 100% satisfied! Thank you, owner!

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

GGośćThe staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory. If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff. Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

GGośćHotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Hotel was empty when we (family of 4) arrived. We were not aware of an on-going fire drill and because of on-going construction, we mistakenly thought the hotel was closed. Hotel staff appeared as we were about to leave to make other arrangements. The hotel manager provided us with a translator and profusely apologized for the miscommunication . Rooms were exceptionally clean and breakfast exceptionally good. Location was ideal...close to the hi-speed railway station and downtown. We give this hotel and staff 5 out of 5 stars.

GGośćThere was a bit of hiccup at check-in, and my guess is language barrier might have contributed to it, but eventually it was sorted out, as the booking was already paid via Trip.com. The hotel is not far from the town of Erdaobaihe and Changbaishan high speed railway station, but it's definitely NOT within a walking distance. Taxi or personal driving would have to be arranged. The hotel is big and the lobby is so vast and spacious, but it may be the timing of my visit that is rather empty and quiet. The room is so spacious. I especially love the bed topper; it's so comfortable. Despite the language barrier, the service is wonderful. Although I was a solo guest, they provided a full Chinese breakfast, and it has the best beef dish in China! They have a service that will take you to Changbaishan Visitor Center, north slope entrance, and you may return by taxi. Overall, despite a minor setback in the beginning, I'm impressed!
