Śniadanie w hotelu było również bardzo dobre, z wieloma opcjami i smaczne. Gorące źródła i usługa narciarstwa/snowboardu wliczone w cenę pokoju były na najwyższym poziomie!! Ogromny plus!! Poza tym wystrój i wystrój hotelu były świetne, pokój był duży i piękny, najbardziej żałuję, że nie zrobiłam zdjęć pokoju i otoczenia hotelu. "The hotel is located in Erdaobaihe Town, not far from the high-speed rail station. We even got a room upgrade and pick-up service, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, very attentive. The room was warm, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a plus. Breakfast was also very good. The hygiene was impeccable. We booked a car to Daomi Inn, which wasn't far, and I even managed to buy some 'The Grave Robbers' Chronicles' merchandise there!"

"The hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious with excellent lighting, and the owner clearly has great taste – the entire hotel has a fantastic style. It's located right in the Enduli Resort area, so stepping out to go shopping was incredibly convenient, and it's also very close to Yunding Tiangong. The shuttle service to Changbaishan Station was a huge plus. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast variety; it would be even better with a few more options, like pastries, which kids would definitely love."

The front desk gave us commemorative gifts during both check-in and check-out, which was a nice touch. The hotel is located inside a pedestrian street, so you have to walk a short distance after getting out of a car, but it's not far. It's also very convenient to get around to various attractions by taxi."

"I was thrilled to get a free upgrade to a mountain view room. The peak was right opposite my window, offering a beautiful and expansive view. The room layout was practical, and the fact that you needed a key card to access the elevator floor really made me feel secure. Although the room facilities weren't brand new, they were well-maintained. The butler service was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, and thorough, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. Overall, I was impressed with all the services during my stay. If I ever visit Changbai Mountain again, I'll definitely choose Crowne Plaza Hot Spring Hotel!"

"The hotel is huge with a great environment and a convenient location, just ten minutes from the high-speed train station when you leave. The shuttle service to and from the station is very convenient, and the driver was punctual. The front desk staff were warm and attentive in their service. It's also close to Enduli and various activities. The Guardian Hot Spring is very unique. The security guard and a lovely lady from Shandong working at the bathhouse were both very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection is abundant, and the late-night noodles were delicious. They even have robots deliver takeout, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a very satisfying stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the North Slope."

The next day, no matter what time your mountain ticket is for, you can arrange for the hotel's car to drop you off right at the entrance, so you don't have to wait in any lines. They'll also pick you up and bring you directly back to the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast selection is also comprehensive and tastes quite good."

When the time came, the hotel called, claiming the driver had tried to reach me numerous times but couldn't get through, so he simply left. (My phone *did* show missed call notifications, but I can't believe they had the audacity to use such a blatant lie as an excuse!) Furthermore, the location is extremely remote, the rooms are tiny, and the soundproofing is abysmal. Do *not* believe their claims about a large projector screen; it's complete garbage. Thank you, Ctrip, for facilitating such a dreadful experience!"
