There's not much entertainment around the hotel, and calling a taxi can take a long time, which might mess up your plans."

"Didn't want to wake up early, so I booked this hotel; it's very close to the mountain gate. Right after checking in, I went to experience the hot spring on the first floor of the hotel. The breakfast selection was quite comprehensive, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. For dinner, the hotel offers fish stew cooked in an iron pot over a wood fire. This old-established five-star hotel definitely didn't disappoint."

"Kierowca zabrał nas z dworca kolejowego i wyrzucił nas w dzień wyjazdu za darmo - to jest główny powód, dla którego zarezerwowałem ten hotel na początku. "The decor is full of intricate details, showing the owner's thoughtfulness. It feels very much like a hot spring hotel in Kyoto. The displays are also well-curated, the toiletries are very comfortable, and the staff are clearly well-trained. It offers an experience far beyond a typical guesthouse. There were a few minor issues during my stay, which were handled promptly with good communication. A small suggestion: For a private onsen experience, offering breakfast as a set meal delivered to the room would be a great option. Alternatively, collaborating with other restaurants under the same brand (even though they're close) might be better, as there were many children there. On another note, the breakfast coffee is excellent! Even though it's from an automatic machine, the settings and coffee beans are superb. I had two cups!"

"The front desk staff were all very warm and attentive during check-in. When we drove to the main entrance, there was no concierge service, and at first, I mistakenly thought it wasn't the resort area. I tried opening the door, and a front desk staff member guided us, confirming we were in the right place. During check-in, they recommended booking the hot springs, which I highly advise against. It's just four outdoor hot spring pools, and the indoor section is very crude. The renovation quality is terrible, with a lot of plaster residue left on the bathtubs, and the showerheads were broken. The room was also very cold. The room originally included a private hot spring for two, and the staff enthusiastically offered to add two more people for an extra 200 yuan. Seeing the condition of the hot springs, only the two children played in them; the adults didn't even go in. I do not recommend it. It felt like the entire hotel wasn't very busy. The IP souvenirs were expensive and of mediocre quality; I don't recommend buying them. Breakfast was more like a 'cha chaan teng' (Hong Kong-style cafe), and the staff and chefs were all in uniform, providing excellent service – very friendly and patient throughout. On the second night, the kids were playing hide-and-seek barefoot in the room, and my little one hurt their foot on something. The child couldn't explain where they got injured. The front desk promptly provided iodine and bandages and arranged for staff to come and check and clean, but nothing was found. We were pleasantly surprised by the peacocks and alpacas. We upgraded to a panoramic view, and the outdoor scenery with forests and streams was beautiful."

The room cleanliness was top-notch, and the bedding was clean and comfortable, making for a very reassuring stay. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in and check-out. The location is convenient for getting around, and parking was easy. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it, especially for those who value laundry services. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"
