"Our stay was fantastic! Annie at the front desk was incredibly attentive and patient. She made the check-in process quick and efficient, and thoroughly explained all the facilities and breakfast times. Whenever I had questions, she answered them kindly and was genuinely warm and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was comfortable. Thanks to Annie's excellent service, I'll definitely look for her again on my next visit. Highly recommend!"

"Kierowca zabrał nas z dworca kolejowego i wyrzucił nas w dzień wyjazdu za darmo - to jest główny powód, dla którego zarezerwowałem ten hotel na początku. Ponieważ nie wiedzieliśmy, że musimy zaliczyć bilety do Changbaishan z góry, kierowca poradził nam to zrobić atak i że recepcjonista może pomóc w rezerwacji. Po zameldowaniu, poprosiłem recepcjonistów (co najmniej 3 z nich w tym czasie na stole) o pomoc w rezerwacji, jeden z nich (starszy) natychmiast odpowiedział, że nie mogą. Jednak, inny młodszy pracownik, Xiao Yek, powiedział, że może pomóc - jest ona najbardziej pomocna i przyjazna z nich wszystkich. Naprawdę doceniamy i byliśmy wdzięczni za jej pomoc. Pomógła nam również uzyskać kierowcę, aby wysłać nas do Changbaishan wejście za darmo (tylko 5 minut odległość). Istnieje park kwiatowy tuż obok hotelu - kwiaty były w pełnym kwitniu, kiedy tam byliśmy. Rynek Yunding jest w pobliżu & w kierunku południowego końca wejścia/wyjścia na ten rynek, można znaleźć wiele restauracji. Śniadanie jest tak tylko. Mam nadzieję, że hotel może trenować swoich pracowników, aby mieć lepsze PR, aby klienci mogli czuć się bardziej przyjemni!"

"The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Even if they speak Only Chinese, they tried best to help us. The room was clean and warm. Free laundry 24 hours, Free transfer from/to railway station was provided, no extra charge. Not in city center. Only the driver who was sent by the hotel was terrible (a woman with car with plate number KN002 ). The driver's manners were terrible. I advise you not to use this woman's services."

Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available nearby, making it super convenient to get around. After dinner at the Genting Market, it was just a pleasant half-hour stroll back, perfect!
