„1.酒店的免費服裝體驗很一般。都是在大堂模特身上穿着，想體驗就是要自己去模特身上扒下來。2.酒店早餐太普通了，不如連鎖品牌酒店。品種少，水果就兩種，還第一次見把牛奶棗掰開放的。3.我們人在讓保潔打掃，一個抹布擦所有（電視櫃，桌子，窗台）濕水的痕跡都沒有。我説就一遍，保潔説還會有一遍，桌子放東西的地方不擦，有空的地方隨意擦一把。走了帶上門，我説不是還擦一遍嗎？結果進來拿塊乾的隨意桌子一把，和沒擦沒啥區別。還滿臉的不樂意。這和高檔酒店的培訓一點不符。掃地不是拿拖把濕的拖一遍，而是掃地直接幹掃。屋裡可想而知被子床上多少塵土。我也沒説什麼。湊合吧！4.我們訂了套房和豪華大床住了好幾天，卻發現兩個房型拖鞋也是厚的薄的有區別。還是第一次見。哈哈5.還是要表揚下前台一位小妹因為窗簾問題還送了盒☕，非常客氣，並且我們走那天早上還幫我們拿行李，並且一直送我們上車走。在此表示感謝！！6.酒店設施還算不錯，衹是沒想到馬桶不是智能的，小度什麼都能答應，除了會關窗簾，有事或者送東西還是需要小度撥打前台電話。免費提供的東西里🈶潤膚露，頭天晚上我以為和小度説就可以送。沒想到第二天也沒理我，一問前台才知道要東西還是要打電話。並且沒有潤膚露，小度頁面提供的裏面前台説是沒有刪除？這工作做的也夠可以的。7.總體來説酒店還是需要衞生提升，服務意識提升。”

„真是寶藏酒店呀！春節到處在亂漲價，這裏保持初心，雖有20多個年頭了，設施有點老，但維護得很用心，一進來就有一種回家的感覺，到處是蘭花、水仙花、濃濃的年味，每個房間都配了新鮮的綠植，餐廳也有綠植，餐廳的紙巾每一張都有不同的古詩！早餐特別棒，相當紮實，米線、稀豆粉、蒸紅破酥糕、湯圓 、各種菜和粥都有，尤其是這個水煮蛋太愛了，每一個蛋黃都煮到下圖狀態！衞生間很乾凈，沒有任何異味，洗浴產品太好聞了，立刻網上搜同款。因為衞生間是浴簾，不能完全乾濕分離，一次性拖鞋容易被弄濕，建議同時配塑料拖鞋。還有工作人員服務很到位，態度很好，配得上星級酒店的服務！”

CChuen BuanA super amazing and cosy hotel located on the middle of the mountain. There are many highlights during our stay. The rooms are very clean and facilities are sufficient. The breakfast is another highlight. So sumptuous and organic and healthy but yet very tasty. The chef are really skillful and able to whip out many different dishes. All look and taste so good. The view in this hotel is unbeatable. We were there in Dec and the sunset view is very beautiful. Another key highlight is the people managing the hotel. It’s a family owned hotel and everyone is so friendly and loving. Always so helpful. Many time we were just outside the deck to admire the sunset and it’s getting cold, suddenly someone will come to us with hot tea, fruits and snacks. Thank you for the wonderful stays

GGośćThis hotel was fantastic! The room was beautiful and the amenities were in very good condition, especially the hot spring bath in the hotel room. The hotel manager was extremely helpful. I didn’t have much planned when I arrived but he gave me great recommendations and even helped me book all the necessary arrangements. The hotel manager is also very knowledgeable about tea and spent a lot of time teaching me about tea. This hotel has a warm, personal feel that you cannot find at large hotels. I definitely recommend staying here.

SSWEE KIM ONGWe are very happy to book and stay at Yunman Shanting homestay. This will be our first choice if we want to stay at Heshun Ancient Town. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast consists mainly Chinese food like noddles soup, mantou etc. The homestay provides grilled tea, fruits and walnuts for guests in the night. It was a good experience as various guests gathered around the charcoal grill for chit chat while the staff grilled the tea and fruits. Complimentary tea and coffee was provided in the nicely decorated tea and coffee room. There is a rooftop garden and terrace where guests can view the sunset and take nice photos. The location is good and convenient as cars can drive to the doorstep and park at the homestay.

Xxiao_ker這次騰沖行選擇陌禾舒馨給我們全家帶來了一次美好的體驗。客棧有專門的電瓶車，我們來的時候在鎮口接我們，晚上走不動了也可以接我們。客棧佈置很用心，處處細節透露着品味，最喜歡三樓的大露台，晚上可以看星星，傍晚看日落，中午可以聽風鈴的聲音，看風帆的形狀。客棧早餐很棒，供應時間也長，除了有好吃的米線餌絲，包子青菜也很美味。客棧提供訂票服務，還有優惠很方便，我們去的時候正值茶花盛開，推薦我們去茶花村吃茶花宴挺不錯的。晚上客棧還有烤茶燒烤，大家吃吃聊聊很開心。客棧離小菜街近，早上可以逛逛早市，旁邊有家三寅祥，可以在百年四合院吃一頓騰沖菜，物美價廉。陌陌是客棧的網紅狗子，也是我見過最乖的狗子，我們離開時時候，它還送我們去了車站

GGośćWe are a group of 12 Malaysian who spent 5 days 4 Nights at Tengchong. The lady boss - 素素 is very nice and friendly. The hotel provided airport transfer and was picked up by the lady boss personally. Rooms are big and with all amenities. Location of the hotel is also quite convenient. Nearby a lot of local restaurants. Right opposite the hotel is the bus station where we could book or charter bus to travel back to KunMing. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpfully. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel could arrange for our local tour to TengChong and 芒市 tour at a very reasonable package tour.

The front desk aunty super helpful, even go out to help me get our parcels. then, i ask whether they do have the universal adapter, the boss buy a brand new one for us( and let us keep, but i leave it in room just in case other foreigner visit) they provided also the airport transfer and help us to get our heavy luggage up to our room( there only got staircase) their breakkie provided very tasty, although not vary selection, but all super authentic.

GGośćAppreciated for the airport pick up & sending us away to the old town main entrance on our departure. It would be very difficult to come & find the hotel if no one picked up. Room is clean & bedding is comfy… nice & quiet area. Just a bit far from the old town center. Driver + guide offered us a day tour around the city with reasonable price. However, she took us to a tea store for tasting & we finally purchased some tea… which was very overpriced! We wasn’t realized at that time & found out the next day when we walked around other tea houses in the old town. We were charged a bit more than double the price! So never trust any stores recommend by driver or tour guide. Sight seeing is good enough but don’t made any purchase which are recommended by guide or driver. Tengchong is a nice area , I may come back.

GGośćI chose the hotel as it is almost beside Laifengshan, the beautiful forested hill park famous for birdwatching (the hide at the top is superb), and i booked five nights. It is very large and hosts many Chinese bus tour groups. Overall happy with the stay: spacious, well-appointed rooms with good light and sound proofing between them. The Chinese-only breakfast had a ton of choice. Unfortunately, I was under the weather and didn’t try the spa. But great bed to lay sick in. Only issue is there don’t appear to be designated non-smoking rooms, but the friendly staff were helpful in finding one with only a trace of smoke.
