"This four-star hotel lived up to its name, offering a disappointing overall experience and being the worst hotel I stayed at during my trip to Yunnan. The hotel had a severe shortage of parking spaces. Even more baffling was the lack of staff to guide or manage the process; guests had to find their own parking spots in the chaos, resulting in a terrible experience. During check-in, there was only one staff member at the front desk, who was completely overwhelmed with multiple guests. All service processes throughout the hotel were slow, rigid, and stuck in the practices of over a decade ago. The hotel elevators and floors didn't require card access, meaning any unauthorized personnel could freely enter the guest room area, posing a significant security risk and completely failing to meet modern hotel security standards. Room cleanliness was substandard; there were still obvious stains on the toilet seat. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was mediocre, falling far short of the culinary standards expected of a four-star hotel. Most notably, the overall operation was rigid and outdated. From check-in to check-out, there was no sense of intelligent service or personalized management, a serious disconnect from current hotel industry development. We urge booking platforms to strengthen their evaluation and supervision of hotels like this."

"I booked the most expensive hotel in Pupiao for a good rest, but I was greatly disappointed. The room was old and dilapidated, the bathroom was cramped and the water pressure was extremely low—only good for washing your face, not showering. The curtains were dirty, old, and dusty. Only the air conditioner was newly replaced, and while it cooled well, it blew directly onto the bed, showing no consideration for whether it would affect guests' sleep. We didn't use the outdoor hot spring because there were too many dolls. The bedding seemed unclean; there were small hairs everywhere! This hotel is supposed to be very expensive in Pupiao, but I felt even 200 yuan was too much; it was only worth 50 yuan. I wonder if every room is like this? Or would 700 or 1000 yuan be better? In short: all show and no substance! It disgraced the hot spring town of Pupiao."

"Five stars is a must! The service at this Ji Hotel was excellent. We arrived early at 10 AM, and the front desk arranged for us to wait in the restaurant. They quickly prepared our room and even gave us complimentary fruit and flower cakes. They also helped bring our luggage to our room. We wanted our clothes dry-cleaned, and a cleaning lady at the dry cleaning room washed, dried, and brought them to our room for us. We've never experienced this service at other Ji Hotels. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! Baoshan is also very beautiful! There's a wetland park to visit, and the beef hot pot is delicious!"
