GOOD HOTEL WITH GOOD SERVICE, JOYE, LEE VERY COOL

這家新酒店很有設計感，性價比又高，我已經安利朋友來了。這次酒店贈送了早餐， 前台Dana幫我升級了房型。客房整體有點像之前住過的城際，65吋大彩電投屏爽的，床品舒服，隔音不錯。餐廳大，氛圍好，早餐品種多。傍晚跑步機上20分鐘，扔了臟衣服自助洗，洗完員工還裝袋幫送回房間。整體而言，值得一住再住的酒店。

The Atour brand has not disappoint me and again live up to their high standard as usual. Friendly and professional staff, awesomely cleaned room and strategically located. the large TV, direct usb (type A & C)wall socket, auto curtain were amazing. Bedroom slipper were of high quality. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. Just 2 pointers: 1) We accidentally went to another Atour hotel located approx 1km away because we selected the wrong dropoff location. The names of both Atour hotels were relatively similiar and not far apart, that result in not noticing the mistake earlier. 2) There is no coffee available in the room. Only tea bags available.

Xintang UNITE Hotel, Changzhou's service was exceptionally good. From the smooth transfer from and to Changzhou train station to the laundry service provided by the hotel. They're quick in responding to queries on Wechat. The room itself was big and clean, with ample space to open the luggage on the floor. The hotel being right beside Qing Guo Xiang and a few minutes away from a train station makes it very accessible. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

I went to Liyang last weekend. And I stayed at the hotel with my family. I made a reservation for including Package. The hotel was too convenient to go to 南山竹海. It was too close to go. When I arrived at the hotel, I received a warm welcome. I was going to just go 南山竹海. But when we came back to the hotel, it rained outside so I decided to go to the hot spring. It was really nice. Because I thought it would be small, but it was really nice to have a big place and facilities. I don't remember person in charge what name was. But I really appreciate their kindness and plus there was one guy who was really passionate to take pictures. Their picture quality was really good.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

Room was small and no windows but close to dinasaur park and ok for short stay. Elevator was ridiculously slow. So you could wait a while during busy times like 5:30 check in. ”Free” Breakfast was terrible. No coffee which is ”unexpected for this day and age”, and very basic food. Would still recommend if looking for cheap stay and easy walk to the park or shopping at the outlet mall and lots of restaurants all within 5 to 10 minuted. Would not recommend if you enjoy time in your room Or expect decent breakfast

The main gripe that we had with this hotel was that they had an airconditioning system that was apparently preset and that wasn't able to be changed manually. Our windows were also not able to be opened so the room soon turned into something akin to a sauna, which made sleep impossible. As a result, we had to call the number responsible for the airconditioning for a remedy to the situation at 3am in the evening, which judging by the grumpy male voice on the other end of the phone, they weren't too happy about . The saving grace was that the lady that came up to relocate us was super nice and understanding and made the transition to our room seamless. Location wise, very close to the railway station, Tianning Temple and Hongmei Park.

I got a low bed, but it is still comfortable. Room Is big but shower water could be better. Have option to go to Changzhou North train station via Didi or metro. Is only 10min away.

For the price of 50dollars for the room with windows, in a 5 star hotel,this is fantastic deal. Walkable to subway(12minutes) that takes you into the city. Big tub for soaking, huge room for the price and it even have a powder room. Room is also clean. Everything is golden as its name suggest and even a gold store within the hotel. Lots of wedding being held here. Unique to this hotel is also a 24 hour food hall where you first purchase a food card and then each station you would order and tap to pay. Price is very reasonable but dont expect any luxury food. I guess the only downside is the it is a bit far from city center, but if you have time and like to spend time in your room and hotel, this is fantastic and you cant go wrong.
