„房間景觀可以，乾淨衞生，面積比較寬敞，床及床墊舒適，住後排的房間也安靜。大堂也配得上這個價格。缺點是：房間空調沒得由位客調，定死在25度，而床上配的被子非常厚，總之蓋被子熱，不蓋被子冷，一個晚上睡不好。房間不配小桌子，沒法泡茶。酒店附近有個山野覓香菜館，挺好吃的，人均消費1百元左右。”

„Amazing stay at Yunlu. Amazing service from the wonderful staff. Extremely quiet location. Beautiful scenery around. Great breakfast (no buffet). Large rooms with great views. Even a small pool (more for children). I cannot say enough good things about the amazing service that the staff provided. Joyous staff. Good feelings. Not much English spoken (well basically none as is usual in China based on my experience) but with the help of the various apps and a positive attitude this is practically not a real issue. It can even be fun. Anyway they fulfilled all my requests and more than that (incl. for the breakfast as I suffer from diabetes) and always made sure I was happy and enjoying my stay. The rooms I had (2 stays) were very large. The air conditioning was very efficient and silent. The views were so enjoyable (yes out there in Mingshi there are better views of course but still). The large bed was very comfortable. Big sofa, tables, chairs ... and a lot of space. Nice bathroom with good shower. A fridge was available and included some ”free” drinks. I found the location perfect as it is not in the village itself but on the other side of the little river. So it is very quiet. A very short drive to the village and even walking requires no more than 30 minutes. Restaurants are only available in the village and bike rentals are way cheaper in the village too. I would certainly not recommend the local shop close to the hotel for rentals as the deals proposed are absurd (well prices the owner articulated were simply exorbitant). I will definitely return to Mingshi as I loved the region and there is so much to discover. I will quite certainly look no further than the Yunlu. Location. Peacefulness. But above all because of the extraordinary customer friendly attitude and the good spirit of the ”team”.”

„The panoramic view was truely breathtaking and the room itself was clean. However, the hotel felt outdated and poorly maintained. Especially the windows were extremely dirty. I felt deceived by the pictures on Trip.”

„Wonderful hotel. My room had an unblocked view of the mountains and paid fields. 7th floor rooftop has a pool and very nice views. Service was excellent. The room was very clean. Breakfast was Chinese style breakfast which suited our taste. You can rent an e bike from the front of the hotel cheaply and ride around the area. Or if you prefer you could also ride the free bicycles provided by the hotel.”

„The hotel is a little far from Chongzuo but you can hire a Didi for about 380RMB from the chongzuo train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful park where you can take a walk and see the 100 doors (I think it was called) and walk all the way to the border post 3. It's was surreal. Across the river you can see Vietnamese house and people. we waved. a drone showed up we left. To go to the waterfall we walked from the hotel to the tourist center. About a 45 minute walk. Not bad once you get there. The hotel is old and starting to show the tear. You can tell it was once great but no renovations have been made in forever. The carpet had stains on it. not tiny ones. The little mini balcony was dusty. The bed was big but on the hard side. The towels are frazzling it was unbelievable. The breakfast , if you are not full on on Chinese breakfast its a no no. AND no coffee EVEN though the COFFEE MACHINE looked like it had just been plugged off. sign sating being fixed. come on .It's a 4 diamond rating but it felt more like 2. It's also smaller than it links in the video and pics. There's an awesome restaurant at the entrance on the right. It made a whole lotta difference. Highly reccomend eating here. And we did!Twice. Food was not bad. definitely order the ribs. The staff is nice especially the restaurant lady. Would I stay again? NO”

„Everything was nice and clean and the breakfast actually had some more “international” food compared to other local hotels. We didn’t understand why you cannot enter the pool area, which is apparently from “another hotel” according to the staff. Not clear since the pictures show the pool in this hotel when you book. But overall we had a very nice stay and the area/nature around the hotel is stunning.”

„🌳門臉很低調，裏面別有洞天 🚗開車到門口時，還在想“是不是走錯了”。 推門進去才發現——院子藏在裏面，泳池、綠植、鞦韆，陽光灑下來的時候，美得像畫。 酒店分A、B兩棟，中間隔着不遠。 餐廳、戲水池、小童樂園都在A棟，B棟更安靜，窗外就是越南方向的山。 🛏️房間大到可以跑起來 訂的套房，兩個房間中間夾着衞生間，長者孩子各住一間，互不打擾。 沙發和茶几足夠一家人圍坐休息，落地窗外是滿眼的山景。 床品舒服，浴巾柔軟，一次性用品配得很齊。 🥘好吃的都在院子裏 早餐是套餐，湯粉、拌麪、白粥三選一，🆓到12點，太適合我們這種睡到自然醒的遊客啦 下午有水果，晚上有晚安甜湯，温熱的口感，暖胃又暖心。 本來計劃晚餐也在酒店搞定，我們剛好遇到酒店這幾天晚餐暫時不開放。 👧孩子來了就不想走 小童樂園、沙坑、鞦韆、小三輪車，還有泳池和槳板可以免費玩。 大人在泳池邊喝茶，孩子在院子裏騎車，各得其樂。 院子裏種着香蕉樹，早上在果林裏走走，空氣都是甜的。”

„I did a lot of research online before coming to Chongzuo, and it turns out choosing Mingshi Courtyard was an incredibly smart decision! First, the facilities are excellent. The room is huge, with a split-level design. Downstairs is the living room and bathroom, and a balcony with views of the garden and pool. Upstairs is the bedroom, a very reasonable separation of living and sleeping areas. Crucially, there's almost no light pollution or noise, which is truly rare and wonderful. Secondly, the service is outstanding. Many hotels offer butler service groups, but the Mingshi Courtyard's butler was the most responsive I've encountered. From golf cart transfers and addressing requests to providing directions and more – during my four-day stay, every single staff member I met was smiling, warm, attentive, and patient. It felt like they all owned the place themselves. The management is truly impressive! Finally, and the biggest perk, is how convenient it is to stay at Mingshi Courtyard for exploring Chongzuo, given its proximity to Mingshi Scenic Area. It's actually located *inside* the Mingshi Scenic Area, allowing for an immersive experience of the pastoral scenery. It's also super convenient for visiting Dao Na Li Cafe, Detian Waterfall, and Dongna Yuwan. You can even borrow bicycles from the hotel and cycle through the fields, which is incredibly relaxing! They even gave us organic rice and other souvenirs when we left. I really wanted to write them a good review, hoping more people will discover this high-quality hotel!”
