Exceptional hospitality in a beautiful mountain resort We had a truly wonderful stay at Changliu Mountain Resort Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Guangxi. The resort itself is large, modern, very comfortable and beautifully integrated into the surrounding landscape. There is plenty of space throughout the hotel, an impressive lobby, spacious restaurant areas, a lovely swimming pool with mountain views, rooftop and outdoor viewpoints, and beautiful surroundings with many places for peaceful walks. In our opinion, this is definitely one of the best places to stay in the area. The rooms and public areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a very good selection, and we were equally impressed by the quality of the restaurant. What impressed us most, however, was the level of hospitality. I am particularly sensitive to air conditioning. Our original room was very beautiful and had a wonderful view, but unfortunately the airflow was directed towards the bed and made it uncomfortable for me. We asked whether it might be possible to change rooms. The hotel management responded with exceptional understanding and generosity and arranged an absolutely beautiful room for us, with spectacular views in two directions. It was probably the most beautiful room we could have imagined and became one of the highlights of our entire trip. We are extremely grateful for the way this situation was handled. We would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Jim Deng (邓先生), the restaurant manager, for his excellent service, kindness and attention. The restaurant team made us feel extremely welcome throughout our stay. The concierge and guest service team (长留山居客服管家) were also outstanding. Every request we had was handled efficiently and with genuine friendliness. Nothing seemed to be a problem, and we always felt very well looked after. Finally, a special thank-you to Mr. Xu Zhenning (许振宁) and the hotel transportation service. The drivers were always punctual, helpful and reliable, whether we needed a short local transfer or a longer journey to the airport. The vehicles were comfortable and the whole service was extremely convenient. Beautiful mountain views, lots of space, modern interiors, excellent cleanliness, very good food and, above all, genuinely caring people — this hotel gave us a very memorable experience. We are very grateful for our stay and will certainly recommend Changliu Mountain Resort Hotel to our friends and family in Europe. We would be very happy to return in the future."
