„I need to take the high speed train early morning hence chosen Xueli Hotel as it is near to harbin west train station and it’s above a shopping mall and opposite is the Wanda mall. Family room is big and some free snacks are provided for. Only downside is the room assigned with slight sewage smell.”

With our heavy luggage, staff readily offered to help carry it. After check-out, we could store our bags for free, which was perfect for continuing our exploration. The lobby also provided complimentary water and snacks, a welcome respite when we needed a break. There was no aggressive upselling at any point; the service was discreet yet attentive, never intrusive, but always there when needed. From the front desk and housekeeping to the support staff, everyone demonstrated high professionalism, handling tasks expertly and interacting genuinely, always prioritizing guests' needs. The rooms were clean and tidy, the environment quiet and comfortable, and combined with the perfect warm service, the value for money far exceeded expectations. For anyone visiting Harbin, choosing Qiuguo on Central Street is an excellent decision. The super happy to help and make your life easier The hotel itself locate like few steps from exit of metro Zhongyang street. i was shock when i see the metro in front of hotel cause expect less. Room is quite small so i request the bigger one if they have so they upgrade me with no cost 😘 all amenities are enough. **caution: no elevator, i have a huge luggages so guy staff and some ladies staff need to help me bring upstair The cuteness of this hotel is they provide tea,coffee,herb tea, snack,cake for everyone free!! also give the departure gift when u check out those are quite great souvenirs from Haerbin 🫰🤟👏”
