„Our stay was not so bad. Just some little details to get better about the room status (see pics below: a hole on the curtains, a door knock and the sides of the television). Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people. They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed. If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10. Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown.”

„本來要去貴陽，一看酒店價格貴得離譜，趕緊轉到凱里，在攜程上對比了很多家，選擇了萬户寨，性價比很高，超預期。 首先這家酒店靠近凱里南站，提前預約就可以接站送站，5分鐘即達，服務很貼心👍 第一晚到的時候趕上了篝火晚會，很熱鬧；早餐也還可以，房間忘了拍照，但是很乾凈，床品設施都很完善。對了，這裏離下司古鎮很近，打車十分鐘，免門票，最近還有活動（可惜我要離開了），可以去玩玩，我是今天早餐後去完回來趕高鐵的，值得一遊，比苗江千户寨的體驗感要好很多～”

„Ten hotel jest naprawdę wygodny! Jego serwis jest bardzo entuzjastyczny. Zajmuje się wejściem do super szybkiego lobby. Jego atmosfera jest bardzo wygodna, a jego zapach jest bardzo ładny. Gdy ktoś wchodzi do drzwi, czuje się bardzo wyluzowany. Pokój jest bardzo jasny, widok jest otwarty, a rano otworzysz zasłony i zobaczysz piękny widok. Śniadanie jest super bogate, chińskie i zachodnie, smakuje bardzo dobrze, łatwe w czasie wyjazdu, nie trzeba czekać, naprawdę warto podziwiać pięć gwiazd!”

„We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!”

„Nice hotel, good service and a clean comfortable quiet room. The location could be a little better if in an area with more close shopping but getting a Didi to get around wasn't a problem. If going on a return trip to Kali we would likely stay here again.”

„Xijiang is undergoing major construction phase. Access from the viewing deck to the hotel is a tiny horrendous narrow steep dirt alley with physical encounter with ponies used for hauling building materials. A new hotel is under construction right next door and screeching of drills and banging of hammer started promptly at 7am. White painted room decorated by light colour elegant furniture provide a lively zen ambiance. Uneven surfaces at the entrance, breakfast bench and parts of the room resulted in a few trips and stumble. Modern and top grade amenities, toilet suites and voice activated commands took a little use to but very convenient. Breakfast was a choice between boiled rice noodle or spaghetti with a heart shaped froed egg in the bowl and another hard boiled on the serving tray. Tit bits and free beer prepaed for afternoon tea was extended to mid night cap. Appreciated most of all were the free porterage of our luggage through the steep alleys of the famous hillsides to and from our room.”

„We booked a room with no breakfast for 4 nights but were surprised on our arrival when a bonus free daily breakfast for two was included in our room booking. We were given vouchers for a night snack meal for the last two days of our stay. The size of the room is big and very comfortable. Amenities such as bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, toothbrush, hair shampoo, and bathing gel are supplied daily free of charge. The room also comes with an electrical clothes dryer for guests to dry their washed clothes. The hotel is situated slightly out of the city centre but travelling around is a breeze as there are plentiful of public taxis and ride-hailing cars. What make the hotel stand out most is the level of their guest service. Staff are very helpful and the guest receptionists are ever ready to provide you with the information you need on getting around and to the places of interest.”

„酒店是新裝開業的，全屋智能，配套設施一應俱全，萊芬的吹風機洗完頭一下就吹乾了，服務枱有 全天無限量現磨咖啡，有耳塞，濕紙巾免費領用，酒店位置雖説離苗寨北門有點距離，但是老闆每天都提供酒店至景區大北門免費接送，這個很貼心了，遊玩舒暢。”

„The hotel environment is very nice, the room is new and comfortable and has a balcony. The breakfast has many choices. Good service at the front desk, friendly staff. There is a small gym and a laundry room.”

„Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)”
