„Our experience at Angsana Zhoushan has been extremely positive: facilities are new, hotel is spotless and moreover it is dog friendly! The food is also fresh and tasty. We especially appreciated the front desk team, who were consistently helpful and accommodating with all our requests. We would also like to thank the gentleman at the entrance—always kind, attentive, and ready to take us around in the hotel’s shuttle cart. I was offered a room at Level 12, outside the lift lobby and also beside a group stay rooms which was really noisy. I was immedidately change to Higher floor room at Level 16 which was quiet and i have a very good night sleep. The view of Stadium was also very nice”

„To be quite honest when we booked this hotel for one night only we didn’t have very high hopes for it. However, the contrary happened. Hilton Zhoushan turned out to be amazing; literally from the first minute that we stepped in we were greeted warmly by front desk staff. They speak very good English and the GM was very nice; once he realised that it’s our little daughter’s first birthday they offered cake and candles. They also brought a nice crib for the baby. Every single staff member’s behaviour was professional and friendly and respectful. On the 19th floor we had an amazing view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. We had a great time and will definitely come back.”

„A group of four of us traveled from Shenzhen to Zhoushan Putuo for the Putuo Yueye Trail DongHai—a highly anticipated UTMB World Series event. The race lasted two days, and we booked two double rooms, arriving at the VOCO Hotel around noon on March 13th. The moment we stepped into the hotel, our spirits lifted instantly. The hotel is brand new, with a simple yet tasteful design, and it’s located right by the sea. The expansive ocean view from our room window truly exceeded our expectations. Check-in was handled by the front desk staff, who were incredibly patient and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Over the next two days, we also dined at the hotel restaurant and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and perfectly arranged, offering both comfort and quality. However, what truly touched us was the heartwarming gesture on the last day. The race finished at 3:00 PM on March 15th, which was more than two hours past the original check-out time. We were a bit hesitant, but we decided to ask the front desk if they could be flexible for race participants. A front desk staff member named Bambi, after understanding our situation, enthusiastically helped us secure a late check-out until 4:00 PM. That moment was truly moving. After the race, being able to take a hot shower made us feel instantly 'fully recharged,' ready to embark on the next leg of our journey with renewed energy. This kind of thoughtfulness and proactive problem-solving truly made us feel special. VOCO Hotel not only boasts impressive facilities but also memorable service. The next time we visit Zhoushan, whether for a race or a vacation, this will definitely be our first choice! I genuinely recommend it to all friends traveling to Zhoushan. „The hotel is conveniently located. The services are as advertised. Staff were helpful. Mr.Ren, at the front office was exceptional with customer service. Good job to the team we had a wonderful stay. Suggestion: The ceiling panels in the restaurant needs changing/cleaning. Mould and water stains do not look good in dining area. Also not good for people with allergies.”

„A nice new hotel with big comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Hardly anybody speaks English which is not a very big deal these days. Shopping mall with varIous restaurants next door. In the hotel they advertise, you have a free sauna pass, but the sauna is not operational :-) Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for one whole week.”

„Excellent Ocean views from our Room. Very clean.and mini bar was inclusive, and replenished daily, coffee only 2 capsules could do with more. Breakfast was good (very busy but mid-autumn Festival period so.expected), wide variety of both Chinese & European food. Negative points for a supposedly 5 star hotel, there is no food ordering room services, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & late night snacks. You can order local takeaways and delivery to hotel lobby. No hotel car services available, even when requested 1-2 days in advance, had to use local Didi services.”

„The location of the hotel is relatively close to the Guanyin Fajie. This time it is because I plan to go to the Guanyin Fajie to see it. In fact, it is a bit inconvenient, it is quite far from the pier, and the hotel does not have its own shuttle bus, and the number of trains is very small. The hotel breakfast is very good, delicious, very rich, the cooking is generally produced, because the heavy rain and preparation for the outlying island, at noon to deal with a mouthful. The room is very spacious and the hair dryer is Dyson's. „衞生特別乾淨，床品潔白如新，馬桶消毒到位，浴室地漏無毛髮殘留，空調出風口無積灰，整體衞生細節把控嚴格，讓人安心入住。 環境：窗簾打開後大海映入眼簾特別好看，早上起床喊 天貓精靈 打開窗簾後海景特別好看。”

„和朋友一起出來旅遊，第一次來舟山鵜鶘酒店，整體體驗超預期，房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得很到位，設施齊全，服務人員態度友好，管家明明有需求響應及時。周邊也交通方便，環境安靜（靠近機場晚上有飛機飛過的聲音，但是還好 工作人員也已經提前提醒），住得很舒心，玩的也很多， 管家明明提前將遊玩訊息發給我們，可以照着時間表玩，海洋雨林兩天無限次進出 體驗感很好， 表演活動也很豐富， 浴場 免費提供泳圈 也有專門的工作人員看護，是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗。 但是提個小小的建議 早餐真的不太好吃 希望可以改善”
