„I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.”

„Staff service is super great, we forget to reserve the bus back to Chengdu and staff help us to buy it, include coordinate until we get on a bus, we really appreciate. The hotpot dinner is good vaule and quality, even we order the smallest one, it bigger than we can complete all. The hot bath is good, we feel really relieve after it. Room heater working well, the floor and bed is heat when we sleep, so it not cold at all. All staff can not speak english but can communicate via app translator, everybody so helpfull and good service mind to communicate with us.”

„Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests. The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.”

„Love, love, LOVE this hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The hot springs are a delight afterw long day of travel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even the boss of the hotel introduced himself and we had a good chat. The location is stunning. Lixian is a gorgeous town with a beautiful, peaceful, friendly atmosphere. The views from the fork of the mountains are spectacular. I recommend going to the rooftop deck at night to experience the stars and mountains.”

A good choice if you’re planning to explore Bipenggou and want something practical and comfortable.”

„I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly, which made the stay even better. The room was huge and had a beautiful view. The heater worked really well and kept the room nice and warm, which was great. The dining room staff were also very kind and welcoming. „At first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance. All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent.”

„Environment: Very nice, the newly opened store in June, the decoration style is simple and atmospheric, and at the foot of the mountain, it belongs to the location of Shangmeng Township that is not high above sea level, about 2100, if there are friends with high anti-reverse, you can choose this direction to stay in Mengxiang. Service: The boss is very caring, the service is very good, there are KTV, mahjong machine, fitness equipment. There are also beer at the front desk, and there are many types. Suggestion: It would be better to add some parent-child toys. Hygienic: very clean and tidy! We are a family of four staying in a suite. The children have a separate bed. Remember to ask the boss for more children's toothbrushes. 4 people live in a suite and have enough toothbrushes in advance. It is best to call the boss in advance, and there may be a release time period for road construction before July.”

„Location is 5 min walk to Bipenggou entrance, very convenient. Onsen pools are clean and were empty when we went. Beds are big and comfortable - maybe only gripe about the room is the shower, which was a bit small. Food decent typical bfast fare, mentioned it starts at 8am but actually food comes out at 7.15am (since the park opens at 8am, this makes sense). Great stay overall”

„We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.”
