„I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.”

„Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests. The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.”

„Staff service is super great, we forget to reserve the bus back to Chengdu and staff help us to buy it, include coordinate until we get on a bus, we really appreciate. The hotpot dinner is good vaule and quality, even we order the smallest one, it bigger than we can complete all. The hot bath is good, we feel really relieve after it. Room heater working well, the floor and bed is heat when we sleep, so it not cold at all. All staff can not speak english but can communicate via app translator, everybody so helpfull and good service mind to communicate with us.”

The heater worked really well and kept the room nice and warm, which was great. The dining room staff were also very kind and welcoming. They served the food and drinks nicely and always made sure everything was okay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back again in the future.”

„Love, love, LOVE this hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The hot springs are a delight afterw long day of travel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even the boss of the hotel introduced himself and we had a good chat. The location is stunning. Lixian is a gorgeous town with a beautiful, peaceful, friendly atmosphere. The views from the fork of the mountains are spectacular. I recommend going to the rooftop deck at night to experience the stars and mountains.”

„At first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance. All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent.”

„Location is 5 min walk to Bipenggou entrance, very convenient. Onsen pools are clean and were empty when we went. Beds are big and comfortable - maybe only gripe about the room is the shower, which was a bit small. Food decent typical bfast fare, mentioned it starts at 8am but actually food comes out at 7.15am (since the park opens at 8am, this makes sense). Great stay overall”

„The most satisfying accommodation on my trip to Western Sichuan, bar none! The room was a floor-to-ceiling mountain view room. Opening the window revealed lush greenery and distant mountains. Waking up to the sound of the wind in the trees in the morning was incredibly healing. The hotel's overall design is very stylish, and the coffee at the cafe is also delicious. Enjoying a coffee and daydreaming amidst the mountains and fields during the day, then gazing at the starry sky at night – it was truly delightful.”

„Overall had a comfortable experience. The location is convenient for visiting the scenic area, and the staff were helpful, especially with arranging transport and giving directions. The room was clean and warm, which was very important after a long day in the cold. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. A good choice if you’re planning to explore Bipenggou and want something practical and comfortable.”

„Our stay here was comfortable and suited for a short visit. The nightly service was great, and we enjoyed the dance performance, complimentary drink, and attentive service. A special mention goes to the lovely front desk lady who went above and beyond she even helped reheat some food we had brought from home. Breakfast was Chinese-style, which was fine for us, and the pool closed at 10:30 p.m. we wished it stayed open a bit later, but we understood the policy. We chose a room facing the river, which comes with an important note: there is heating but no cooling air conditioning in the bedroom. That said, the gentle sound of the river was like raindrops falling on a rooftop peaceful and relaxing. Once our bodies adjusted to the air, the mornings felt cool and refreshing, and we enjoyed a great night’s sleep.”
