Młodzi pracownicy byli pomocni i troskliwi. Pobyt w tym hotelu przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Niestety, zatrzymaliśmy się tylko na jedną noc. Chętnie tu wrócimy. Uwaga: Hotel znajduje się zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od wejścia do parku krajobrazowego Bippengou."

"I was very satisfied with my stay. First, when we checked in, the front desk saw we had two kids and upgraded us to a family room for free. The room also had a view of the hot springs from the window, so we could watch the kids from our room without worrying about their safety. They immediately gave us a detailed hotel introduction and even gifted us some souvenirs: a ******* incense stick and an eco-friendly bag, which was a pleasant surprise. In the afternoon, I played billiards with my child. There's also a beautiful bridge behind the hotel with a stunning night view. In the evening, there was a lively bonfire party outside the hotel. The hot springs are probably one of the best in the area; they're not on the first floor but on the third, so the view is fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast was also excellent, with stir-fries, congee, fruits, coffee, and even a noodle station. The restaurant staff even reminded us about breakfast time when they noticed my child hadn't come down yet, and the front desk also thoughtfully asked if we'd eaten – so considerate! I'll definitely come back if I have the chance."

Lixian Bipeng Valley Yulan Huating Hotel
"The room had a nice view and a great location, just past Bipenggou and inside Lixiaolu. The service was also good, but I encountered quite a few problems: 1. There was a charging station (two charging guns) in the parking lot, but when I arrived in the evening, it wasn't working. I asked around and was told the wiring was burnt out and hadn't been repaired yet. 2. The front desk kindly helped me operate the washing machine, saying the whole washing and drying process would take 3-4 hours and they would collect it the next morning. However, when I checked in the morning, the washing machine was still stuck with 3 hours remaining, it had malfunctioned, and the clothes were still wet and completely unwashed. I was in a hurry to leave, so there were really a lot of issues."

Each room is equipped with a smart water dispenser, which is much more convenient and hygienic than a traditional electric kettle. The bathrooms feature a wet/dry separation design and come with smart toilets. There's also a parking lot, making it very convenient for guests traveling by car. **Cleanliness:** The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. **Location & Environment:** The surroundings are pleasant, and we could see snow-capped mountains right from our window. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Bipenggou Tourist Center. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which is very convenient. **Service:** The service was warm and attentive."

The hotel is also ideally situated very close to the scenic area, making it easily accessible whether you choose to drive or walk."
