„Rarely write a review. But this time the service worths it. The Typhoon brought a lot of inconvenience in the suburban area. It’s hard to get to anywhere due to the heavy rain. While the host is very kind and warm-hearted. She asked my request and gave a hand without any hesitation. She drove me to the bus station, made early checked in for me. I’m really appreciative of these. Although the trip was bothered by the weather, it’s still a very nice experience. Thank you so much.”

„優點：房間隔音好，地下有停車場，浴室大
缺點：給了第一間房，房間內床鋪還未使用，一進房洗手發現洗手台阻塞水降的慢，跟櫃檯反應後房務檢查說要拆開洗手台清理，因為還有行程要走所以要求換房，需要溝通兩次才願意換。
換了新一間房後洗手台沒問題，但是電視遙控無法使用，所以又請櫃檯來檢查後是電池沒電，等弄好後行程也delay了！
冷氣很冷，但是溫度調高至設定溫度後，冷氣啟動送風時會有一股悶臭酸味襲來，必須把冷氣溫度降低才不會有味道！建議還是需要常清洗冷氣。
另外房間內有個非常大聲的機器運轉聲，原本以為是廁所抽風機，最後發現是小冰箱運轉的聲音（冰箱內刻度在中間尚未調整），音量大到有些擾人。”

PPurinTAWDue to the server weather, we asked hotel to provide exception refund. But hotel refused and my families and I had to travel in huge danger in order not to waste the full fee. I found the management in Volando hotel is unreasonable. If something happened during our trip, would they be responsible?

GGośćTym razem wybraliśmy Long Beach Hotel głównie ze względu na obiekty rekreacyjne dla rodziców i dzieci oraz strefę zabaw wodnych w hotelu. Dzieci naprawdę świetnie się bawiły. Widok na morze za oknem był tak piękny, że można było po prostu zostać w pokoju i się nim cieszyć. Plaża była w odległości spaceru, co było naprawdę relaksującym urlopem.

SSarah RodenReally really lovely hotel. Beautiful view from the rooms. 5 minute walk from kenting beach. The rooms are spacious and bright (a bit outdated but very clean). The staff is very friendly and helpful, giving us beach towels every time we went to the beach.
As a tourist, I’d recommend having a car or a scooter to get around. Taxis need to be called in advanced and difficult to find at night.

GGośćPojechaliśmy do Kenting po tajfunie. Lokalizacja tego ośrodka jest bardzo dobra. Bardzo wygodnie jest tam dojechać samochodem. Możesz zaparkować samochód przy drzwiach willi. Pokój i łazienka są stosunkowo duże. Jest odpowiedni dla rodziców i dzieci. Możesz również wiosłować łodziami w kształcie łabędzi i wchodzić w interakcje z małymi zwierzętami w ośrodku. Pewnej nocy w domu rodzinnym z tyłu (nie w ośrodku) było trochę głośno. Karaoke było trochę głośne w nocy. Po skontaktowaniu się z recepcją problem został szybko rozwiązany. Śniadanie było trochę proste. Ponadto pokój nie był sprzątany codziennie. Musisz skontaktować się z recepcją, aby o to poprosić.
