The private hot spring in the courtyard was a great experience – perfect for soaking while munching on snacks and sipping tea. It even has a retractable roof with lights, so you can enjoy it at night too. The service was top-notch; they provided a pet gift package and a welcome gift, which our dog loved! The staff were incredibly responsive, charming, and generous. We'll definitely be back!”

„週末來忻州玩，看了下忻州酒店還是選擇了希爾頓惠庭，主要原因就是大品牌值硬件和服務都是統一的有保障，還有就是新酒店設施都是全新的，雖然價格有點偏高但是一切都是值得。 位置 位於市中心火車站旁邊，由於市內火車站基本上都是普速車，因此客流量不大，這附近不會很喧鬧，不過火車站正對面道路有學校工作日放學時候大概比較擁堵。 酒店附近餐飲相對不是特別豐富，但是2至3公里開始就變多了，一些比較不錯的餐廳集中於古城那邊。酒店距離古城北門大約三公里，古城南門四公里，打車去很便宜。 酒店自帶停車場充電樁，面積不算小，直接進入，每次出去前台掃碼可免費，非常適合自駕，一路進城也基本都是大路。 房間 希爾頓惠庭酒店裝修風格和設施基本上都是統一的，包括舒適的床，沙發圓桌寫字枱椅子等等基本上如出一轍。房間沒有設定語音功能依靠按鍵也挺方便，房間內設定大量插座非常便捷，寫字枱牆上的是不間斷插座。酒店配備了洗菜池、冰箱和微波爐，尤其是冰箱非常強悍，製冷效果最厲害甚至可以冷凍。房間儲物設施超多還有掛燙機和熨衣板。 酒店淋浴房非常大，出水量和水温都沒有令人失望。 早餐 早餐設定在十一層，7點開始，早餐以中式形式，主要構成是幾道熱菜主食、中式檔口的餛飩、餄絡麪、傳統麪條等，輔助冷盤、西式點心、炸物等等。不過經過兩個早晨發現酒店早餐幾乎沒有變化，菜單幾乎完全一樣。當然個人感覺早餐還是不錯的。 公共設施 酒店一層佈局了非常大的公共區域，包括惠庭特色的辦公區域甚至有自助打印機自助茶水區，這裏可以讓商務辦公直接開展，也可以讓人歇歇腳，個人就特別喜歡這樣的公共區域。 服務 服務是非常到位，入住當天提前打電話詢問入住時間。每次早餐期間服務員都會禮貌的詢問昨晚休息的如何，有沒有什麼建議或者意見。可以看得出惠庭對於客人的反饋非常重視。 作為忻州市中現階段大概是新開業最好的酒店了，惠庭價格算不上太合適，但是提供的設施和服務應該是和價格相符合的，選擇品牌主要是因為品牌的統一培訓統一風格能夠控制，至少不會踩雷。”

„房間非常滿意。對寵物很友好，酒店位置在古城入口處，很好找，門口可以停車。酒店不遠處就是打鐵花的劇場，應該是古城最佳的位置了。我選的温泉房很大，隨時可以泡湯，上下水衹需幾分鐘即可，酒店還送了起泡酒和飲料，總結一下這個酒店如果再來忻州古城一定是不二選擇！”

„過年期間臨時決定來忻州古城有幸訂到一間，和老公沒有太大的期待，因為我們平時很少選擇民宿都是華住會旗下，沒想到超出預期。過年期間人流量大古城管控需要店內人員接進古城，接我們的小姐姐很貼心也很有耐心，會有幫拿行李服務。民宿位置很優越出門就是小吃街和泰山廟離秀容書院也不遠，逛累了可以隨時回去歇腳。中廳和前廳提供的百歲山自取很是方便，民宿提供的免費用品也很齊全，房間內水果新鮮、零食種類豐富。小姐姐們都非常熱情周到，出門會提供小包紙巾，會發送打鐵花表演時間和早餐攻略。房間很乾凈，泡池很大還提供了玫瑰花瓣和浴鹽，疲憊的一天泡一泡温泉可以緩解疲勞，小院鬧中取靜。這家民宿從服務、衞生、環境、設施、布草都很滿意，推薦給大家，也會推薦給身邊朋友。下次來一定還會選擇這家。”

„山西自駕遊時盲選的一家酒店，當初衹是覺得新酒店環境相對應該比較好。沒想到來了之後超級滿意。環境很不錯，鬧中取靜，大堂也很氣派。會員升級了房型，還有歡迎水果，給了最高層，視野開闊。房間也是比較大，設施很好，冰箱、滴漏咖啡機等一應俱全，床品也很舒適。最近關鍵的是服務很好，響應很及時，相當滿意。缺的東西會有機器人送達，連搞衞生阿姨都很熱情，問她要個裝臟衣服的袋子，還連連問我：一個夠了瓦？前台的一個來自五台山的漂亮妹妹，幫忙我解決了要切自己帶的西瓜的問題，特別貼心給我準備了裝瓜的盤子。早餐也很豐盛，基本該有的都有，現磨的咖啡不錯哦！”

„設施：新開業的酒店設施很新 智能家居窗簾 獨立衞浴，有小冰箱，不太隔音，老年人晚上上廁所能聽到別的房間年輕人説話的聲音，走廊裏和一樓大廳空調不好很冷，室內空調温度還好入住不冷 洗澡水很熱，停車場在酒店院子裏車位緊張，車距窄 新手和停車技術不好的不建議院內停車 ，健身房門要密碼裏面黑的不開燈 沒進去 衞生：床單上有頭髮 沒拍照片 不知道床品是否一客一換 ，建議提升一下 環境：酒店位置很好 出門幾百米就是老忻州菜館當地人也去吃飯要排隊。用餐方便。 服務：高檔榜的酒店均價600的家庭房早餐沒有咖啡，連咖啡機都沒有。放麥片的勺子在麥片罐子裏挺不衞生的，麥片機也沒有。早餐整體品質來説麪條老年人喜歡。值得表揚的是有師傅幫忙拿行李上樓，工作人員見了客人主動打招呼 總體來説酒店評分比實際情況高了一些。高檔酒店榜上的酒店應該更好一些”
