„It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.”

„Hotel room was clean and well furnished. Staff was friendly, but no one helped us to unload our luggage when we arrived. The heated pool in the hotel is great. Kids will love it. There are many different pools, both indoors and outdoors with different temperatures. Guest would need to purchase a swimming cap before entering all pool areas. Guest can bring their own too, if they remember to do so.”

„1.衛生程度 廁所的馬桶真的不ok 馬桶墊很髒… 2.位置 在郊區，晚上鄉間道路有幾段路燈很暗，停車場的地沒有整理，凹凸不平 3.服務部分普通 4.設施偏救了，畢竟是10年以上的飯店了 5.這間飯店的活動算多，我個人是都沒有參加，但是釣魚的池塘很髒啊…也沒看到有其他客人有釣到😂 晚上有宵夜，早餐還可以 選擇蠻多的～ 6.節假日是16:00才能check in，平台上並沒有標示清楚，飯店也沒有電話告知，到了現場才知道呵呵”
