The mattress hits just right on firmness; after a long day running around, I crash straight into a solid night’s sleep. The complex is dead quiet with top-tier soundproofing, zero annoying disruptions at all. All amenities you could ask for are here: steady hot water, fast Wi-Fi, every little daily essential covered. Super convenient location too—shops and restaurants right nearby, and parking’s a breeze if you’re driving. The host never bugged me nonstop, just thoughtful touches everywhere. Miałem niesamowity pobyt w tym hotelu! Staff byli niesamowicie przyjazne i poszli ponad i poza, aby mnie poczuć się mile widziany. Ich gościnność była naprawdę wybitna. Pokoje były bezpłatne, pięknie zaprojektowane i bardzo wygodne. Szczególnie doceniłem przytulne łóżko, które przygotowano na wspaniały sen. Śniadanie było pyszne z dużą liczbą opcji, aby rozpocząć dzień w prawo. Poza tym, pracownicy byli tak pomocnipoświęcili mi czas, aby poprowadzić mnie w kierunku jak się poruszać w mieście i nawet polecali fantastyczne miejsca do jedzenia w nocy. Ten hotel naprawdę przekroczy standardy 5-star. Bardzo polecam to każdemu, kto szuka wyjątkowego pobytu. Dziękuję za uczynienie mojej podróż tak niezapomnianą!

大廳及房間明亮温馨設施配套完善，氣味很好聞，讓對味道很敏感的人超級舒服，總體體驗感超棒，現在淡季+伊犁消費券，價格物超所值！安排接送機服務對出差人士太友好了，司機大哥熱情周到，提前等待，晚點40分鐘也一直在保持聯繫，耽誤司機大哥時間也很抱歉，出站口雨雪天打傘接待太感謝了！早餐種類豐富，比起一般酒店早餐還有伊犁特色包爾薩克、錫伯大餅，尤其酒店很重視咖啡，大廳、早餐區域、房間內都有咖啡機，打工牛馬怒炫2杯咖啡！平時晚上入睡困難患者表示酒店內色彩飽和度舒適設計很舒服，晚上入睡很安心！

The hotel is really big and beautiful. The rooms were a great size. The hotel was clean but the desk had a sticky stain, in the shower there was a hair band and a black hair on the round pillow. Other than that, the room was great. On the site it says English spoken at front desk... Not true, i was always put in the too hard basket because they didn't know how to deal. Location was good, Liuxing Street was not far, stores everywhere as well as food. I liked that you could do laundry but there was hardly any detergent and the laundry was dirty. Breakfast was ok, they could do better really. The room stated mountain view... We got no view and we stayed like 5 nights so disappointed in that. Apart from that I would prob stay again as I thought the price was good.

We booked the building 6,and it was apartment type. Didn't like the idea of walking down the stairs after came out the lift to go into the room. We smelled bad when waking on the corridor.

I booked 6 privilege queen rooms but was given 3 only and 3 lower grade rooms - I had to go down to asked why I wasn’t given the room I booked but was explained that it was fully booked! But of course the hotel changed 2 rooms into presidential suite for me but it was not easy to inform my friends that they had to stay lower grade room when paid higher room rate Another issue was on passports- my tour guide provided 12 passports to the reception upon checked in and when we collected, they only gave 10 passports back. We were panic ! At the end the reception managed to find the 2 which was placed in another drawer . Passport is extremely important and must be handled without mistake

Hotel upgraded us to this suite (which we had booked for our 1st night) for our 2nd night. But they had only informed us in the afternoon when we were at nalati, after we had packed the luggage and left them with the reception. If they had informed us the night before, we wouldn't have to pack and check out

設施：什麼都好，就是對於冬天來新疆旅遊的朋友不和諧，沒有電梯，畢竟冬天來都是超大行李箱，很重不好提到房間，雖然有前台小哥入住的時候幫忙拿，但是我們退房的時候小哥不在，就我們自己提的，而且下雪後樓梯有一丟丟話費，自己搬行李要注意一點安全。 衞生：這方面沒有什麼問題，挺好的。 環境：晚上名宿的夜燈開着挺漂亮的，其他也沒什麼毛病。 服務：辦理入住當天小哥很熱情幫忙拿行李，作為四川人的我，冷的熱不的，他家地暖太給力了，後面熱的受不了，晚上十一點多了小哥也很熱心拿來了電風扇，可能衹有我冬天來新疆還吹電風扇的，哈哈哈。而且房間配送的礦泉水喝完了沒水了，前台小哥那麼冷的天氣都很熱心的就送來了礦泉水，贊贊贊。

和女朋友出行首選瑞陽皇冠酒店酒店乾淨衞生，前台服務熱情，房間是寬敞，安靜的休息都特別的舒服，早餐也很好吃，位置就更便利了，距離六行街也很近，酒店附近有商場有美食，有水果酒店二樓的話也有一個餐廳免費停車和洗衣房也都特別的使用，必須給五星好評，下次還會選擇這一家酒店👍👍👍
