„Excellent. The quality is really good compared to the price. The breakfast is very decent. The cake at the cafe is nice. Complimentary tea & cookies at the lobby are very good. When we saw the tea table at the business corner. We instantly fell in love with it and asked the receptionist to use it. Too bad that it’s private and not in use. But she offered to bring tea set to our room for us too. Full Chinese tea set. I’m totally mind blowing. The best hotel and area I’m staying so far during my trip to China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an)”

They were very patient to answer all your questions and it was free to keep your huge luggage in the reception counter before going in to PuTuaShan. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person. I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver). Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf.”

„To spend 2 days trip at Zhoushan it was decided to stay at Hampton, knowing that breakfast is one of the advantage there. Room size is quite enough and view was good, but there was cigarettes smell at the toilet. Due to high season or a lot of people at the hotel there was a mess with elevators and no free tables at the canteen for breakfast we had to wait to let personnel prepare it. There are different kind of food and drinks to enjoy the morning. At first floor there are self-service laundry which is very useful during trips and small gym to keep yourself fit.”

„stay for 2 nights at this very new hotel from 3/24 to 3/26. Mr.Huang and Ms.Chen are very helpful and nice. They arrange pick-up and drop-off at the airport with SUV as per my request by phone as we are travelling with 2 big 30” heavy luggages and 1 hand carry luggage. The hotel is about 1km away from the biggest shopping mall in Zhoushan downtown, they offer very good breakfast start at 630am for free, and some snack, coffee and bottle water for free. A good stay and will come back for sure.”

„The first time I set the wrong date, I communicated with the boss and rebooked the room for the next day. After the boat arrived, the brother picked up the luggage at the pier. It was quite close to the hotel for three or four minutes. It was quite convenient to walk for too long. There is a yard at the entrance of the hotel with a good view. There are fish ponds and small animals, very comfortable, suitable for taking pictures, check-in is very fast, and WeChat is added. The boss will send check-in and play suggestions. It is very practical. The room is good, very new, very clean, and the pillow latex pillow should be. „Absolutely fabulous location, great room, view with deck ( We choose balcony seas views). All double glacéd! The spa facilities in and out are world class 5 star! Service is courteous, we stayed 3 nights. At the spa outdoor area a lady called Ruan Yueer who looked after guest, very cheerful and customer orientated. So was the lady inside the main Spa. Overall fantastic experience! Ernst New Zealand”

„Lovely location, we stayed in a room with a Seaview. The view from the balcony was truly beautiful, we ate at the Westin (they offer a breakfast and dinner buffet), they also have a vegetarian restaurant behind the main restaurant area. Definitely recommend this option for meals, the quality is great and the buffet is from 530pm - 9pm. Access buffet tickets through scanning the code, don’t let people trick you into buying tickets at higher prices, ask for the QR code/ mini program to buy meal vouchers. We were tricked into buying meal vouchers through the hotel as we arrived for a slightly higher price. Then soon learnt that you can buy them for cheaper on their mini program! Beach access - locals need to show ID and pay 10rmb. Although we had mostly cloudy days, the environment is very comfortable and the food from the Westin was delicious.”

MMeikaka✅地理位置：在景區的後山，坐旅遊巴士在索道下車，通知民宿會有車接，但我們那天需要等太久，最後我們自己走去民宿，路程不遠，但要爬一個坡，大概10-15分鐘。周圍非常安靜。 ✅交通：民宿有接車服務，但由於島上管控，不能到碼頭接，而且民宿班車每一小時一趟，所以需要接的話，提前預估至少30–40分鐘通知民宿，不然就會像我這樣要自己走。 ✅服務：很贊，工作人員服務很貼心很周到，響應很及時。預訂後就會拉管家團，一直有人跟我們對接，很省心。 ✅房間：房間舒服乾淨，提供的物品很齊全，免費的迷你吧，歡迎水果都很贊。床品也很舒服，酒店提供的泡腳桶太貼心，走了一整天，太適合晚上放鬆了。 ✅餐飲：提前定了民宿晚餐，因為民宿周圍沒啥，最近的餐廳也要走10分鐘，所以如果不打算在前山吃晚餐，建議可以預訂，還贈送了自釀柚子酒，味道不錯。第二天早餐分量還挺大的，中式早餐，健康美味，不夠的話還能再加。 下次來普陀還會選擇這裏

SShangshang住了四五天，見到了所有輪值的工作人員，他們全體素質極高 專業修養極高！（其他高端酒店能不能學學啊，不是隨便個人就能幹酒店啊）每個人都極其專業和高效幫顧客解決問題，客人去就行了，啥事都不用操心，這才是真管家式服務啊，我走過國內很多地方的top級的酒店，這家目前是我心裏服務之最。每日打掃極其認真，極其乾淨，很微小的地方保潔大姐都注意到瞭然後給默默解決了，潔癖你就選這，給你個驚喜。有些網友説的早餐很多碳水問題，大家來吃吃試試吧，超級好吃，超級新鮮，衹是拍了這一點點，你就是每一樣就沒你愛吃的，你也可以提出來人家能給你想辦法做嘛。但我喜歡這個早餐，這個形式千萬別換哈，肉蛋奶水果全部齊全，自助早餐也沒這麼齊的。地理位置特好，總結下來這個價格完全超值，我和我媽都覺得很完美，挑不出毛病！！！（床也好睡 房間也大設計特別合理沒有廢物空間 就放心來吧！！！）

KKamiailvxing這次旅行能選到這家民宿，簡直是我整個行程的點睛之筆！一踏入民宿，温馨雅緻的氛圍就撲面而來，每一處細節都彰顯着主人的用心。房間佈置得整潔又舒適，床鋪柔軟得像雲朵，一躺下就感覺一天的疲憊都被治癒了。 公共區域更是驚喜滿滿，有充滿文藝氣息的閲讀角，還有可以盡情放鬆的庭院，閑暇時在這兒曬曬太陽、喝喝茶，愜意極了。民宿的工作人員熱情周到，從辦理入住到推薦周邊美食景點，都讓人心裏暖暖的。位置也超棒，周邊出行、覓食都很方便。下次來這邊，我肯定還選這兒！

GGośćWe love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

WWarren TanadaService by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

AAnonimowy użytkownikIt appears efficiency is a key at this hotel. Requests were actioned very promptly. Cleaning staff did a nice job. Room was a good size and mostly in good condition. Plenty of stains on the carpet in the room though, and the room entry door frame was partly torn away from the wall. Service was very good, though it was four days before any staff so much as smiled. Efficiency but not much in the way of warmth towards guests. While some rooms are non-smoking, most of the hotel seems fair game for smoking including halls, washrooms, elevators, etc. Cigarette butts to be found and smell throughout. Apparently the hotel must be very pet friendly given the dog that was brought into the restaurant at breakfast. Acceptable all around, but not sure I would opt for this hotel again.

GGośćHotel has good location. There is free shuttle service from the port to the hotel. Outside the hotel has many restaurants and is near the temple. The staff is very accomodating especially 石志勇先生. His service and assistance helped our stay become very comfortable and convenient.

SSmall WandererWell located close to the (paying) beach. The hotel requires a renovation in the public area and bathrooms (black traces of dampness on the walls, furniture broken, the carpet in public are was also peeling off, which you would not expect to see in a 4 stars hotel. The bedroom itself was renovated and the room itself is pretty big, though. Cleaning is also to be improved, we had a lot of sand left in the shower from the previous customers. There is no international breakfast, but the hotel is located close to the Westin (5mn walk) so you can go there. There is a parking below. Service is minimum, only one person at the reception desk, and no English-speaking staff.
