„Location was great, close to several beaches. There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy.  Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility.”

Pokoje standardowe są nieco przestarzałe, ale hotel został odnowiony, a dalsze prace remontowe mogłyby sprawić, że to miejsce będzie naprawdę jak w niebie. Niektórzy ludzie są naprawdę mili, ale przyjęcia są czasami powolne.”

„We stayed at the hotel from 2 to 4 October 2026 to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The hotel has many good qualities, but unfortunately I cannot say that I would recommend it at this point. The positives: the staff were wonderful — polite, friendly and genuinely pleasant at reception, in the restaurants and at the bars. For our daughter’s birthday, cakes and sparkling wine were kindly placed in our fridge. The hotel has beautiful views, lovely green grounds, spacious rooms with kitchenettes, comfortable mattresses and excellent bed linen. There is also a shuttle to the beach, daytime activities, evening entertainment and a good variety of food. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were disappointing. The sink in our room was leaking, so water collected on the floor after use. On Saturday morning I wiped it up with the bath mat and left it on the floor. When we returned after breakfast, the same wet and dirty mat had simply been hung over the glass shower partition instead of being replaced. Towels left on the floor should be changed. The towels also did not smell fresh, which made me question their cleanliness, although the bed linen was spotless. I also found dirt between the sink and the bathtub, together with a spider’s nest and a large spider. We are not afraid of spiders, but this is not something you expect in a 4-star hotel costing more than €300 per night. Another unpleasant issue was the tableware in the main restaurant. Many plates had white residue and streaks and looked very dirty. I mentioned this to the staff, but the same problem remained at breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday. This was our second stay at a hotel from this chain, and unfortunately also the second time we experienced problems with room condition or cleanliness. Please pay more attention to housekeeping standards, staff training and room maintenance. These issues seriously affect the overall impression of an otherwise very pleasant hotel.”

„Całkowite pobyt był bardzo miły. Widzieliśmy kilka znanych twarzy od zeszłego roku, bardzo uśmiechniętych i przystojnych recepcjonistek, myślę, że to Fotini. Restauracja jest bardzo miła, personelu uwaga, świetna robota wykonana z renowacji. Gimnazja jest również dobra, tak samo jak basen.”

„Отель прекрасный. Сервис на уровне 5 звезд. Прекрасные завтраки и ужины. Были в конце сезона, не весь заполнен, возможно поэтому особенно все понравилось. Местоположение идеальное: на первой линии у моря (можно не покупать шезлонг и зонтик на пляже, а пользоваться отельным и проходить 15-20 метров купаться). Обслуживание в ресторане идеальное, очень внимательные официанты (один вечер задержались с заказом напитка, в качестве извинения комплемент был приятный). Неплохой лобби-бар с недорогими ценами на коктейли (4-6 евро).”
