I arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there . Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away . Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) . My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay . My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do . Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you . Cheers. DONALD .

The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Łatwe zameldowanie. Doskonała lokalizacja. Cudowne widoki z pokoi z widokiem na morze. Bardzo blisko Magalluf Strip, ale także w odległości spaceru od barów i restauracji w Palmanova. Trochę strome wzgórze przed hotelem, ale do pokonania, jeśli jesteś mobilny. Jedzenie i napoje w hotelu są dobrej jakości i w rozsądnej cenie. Cały personel jest bardzo przyjazny i pomocny, szczególnie Ian, kierownik, który stara się rozmawiać z każdym mieszkańcem w ciągu dnia, przy basenie. Rezydent DJ gra spokojną muzykę przez cały dzień przy basenie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel osobom dorosłym w każdym wieku i na pewno wkrótce wrócę. Dziękuję.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities were great, especially the pool and private beach area. The views are spectacular all round. The room was clean and comfortable but there was very little space between the bed and the TV. We found it difficult to get to the other side of the room without bumping into the TV everytime. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They recommended a good cruise and helped with a motorbike rental company. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel położony jest w pięknej dzielnicy Santa Ponsa - góry, zieleń, morze. Pokoje są przestronne i posiadają balkon. Okolica cicha (można spać w nocy). W hotelu znajdują się dwa baseny - jeden dla dorosłych i jeden dla dzieci, a także animacje. Do plaży można dojść w 15-17 minut. W pobliżu znajdują się sklepy i kawiarnie. Z minusów: brak ekspresu do kawy 🥲 Płatność na miejscu/w kawiarniach wyłącznie kartą. Pościel pachniała wilgocią. Jeśli opuścisz pokój, lodówka przestanie działać (więc poproś o drugą kartę magnetyczną, w przeciwnym razie żywność w lodówce się zepsuje).

Je recommande cet Établissement au calme , pas très loin de la plage et des commerces, chambre confortable bonne literie, spacieuse, moderne, petit déjeuner bien, copieux varié, dîner aux  mets de qualité moyenne mais pour un prix abordable globalement.2 Piscines sympa.

Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. Les différents espaces piscines sont top. Parcours mini golf , billard, beach volley, vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Proche du centre, à 5mins à pieds. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un très bon service sans avoir à dépenser un budget faramineux.

Séjour vraiment au top contrairement aux commentaires que j'ai pu lire et qui m'ont fait peur 🙄☺️ Clientèle à l'écoute et plein de conseils je recommande vivement cet hôtel .

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

Lokalizacja jest najlepsza. I oczywiście Twoje pieniądze? są warte ani grosza, jaki płacisz za ten hotel. Zawsze będę polecać to miejsce, bo jest położone w najpiękniejszym miejscu 😍❤️ Śniadanie i udogodnienia są dobre. Nie zobaczysz tego w żadnym miejscu w Europie, biorąc pod uwagę kwotę, za którą zapłaciłeś. Łatwo jest tu dojechać z lotniska, właśnie zrobiliśmy to autobusem i kosztuje to tylko około 4 euro za sztukę. Po prostu zapytaj asystenta wycieczki na lotnisku, a on Ci tam pomoże.
