„Everything was good, a bit pricey but convenient. Driving to the hotel is easy and there is free parking for hotel guest, just let them know so they will pass you the exit coupon. The Mount Fuji view really get the full view and shiok to wake up to such a nice view!”

„Stayed here for a longer trip during an event at Fuji Speedway. Extremely helpful front desk staff, good breakfast (japanese style) and nice amenities throughout the hotel (Bathhouse, Yukata, microwave and laundry services all provided). Nearby a supermarket and close proximity to the bus station and other convenient locations. Would stay again without hesitation.”

„We had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets. The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious! The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride. Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese. We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba.”

„I seldom write comments on trip.com, but for this time I would really want to share my experience with this hotel via the platform. I had an amazing stay in this hotel (pls do trust the pictures, you CAN see stunning Fuji view in your mountain view room and even in hotel onsen), everything in this hotel is just perfect, peaceful and on point). After my stay, I realise that I have left my jewllery item in my room, and I have left Fuji. I have contacted the hotel staff, and the immediately assisted me and help with their best effort. Multiple troublesome request but they are very kind and patient with helping me to retrieve my item. I have received the package today, and all in my mind is THANK YOU when I open the package.I see layers and layers of protection the team has applied to my lost item, and well as their kind hearts.  I would like to deeply thank the entire front desk team (Ranjit, Pritiz, Bishal and team), the cleaning team who have found the item, and all Rembrandt Premium Fuji Gotemba staff who has been involved in the logistics. I am very grateful for their kindness, honesty, patience, and everything. Please do pay a visit to this hotel. I will always go back to this hotel when I visit Fuji.”

„It's a typical hotel for staying over, not many facilities or amenities, but good to have a laundry inside the hotel( JPY400 for 30 mins washing, JPY100 for 30 mins dry). The room is fine, but the toilet is too small. Have free curry rice at night and a small public hot spring. Free parking. Location is good for heading to Lake Yamanakako.”

„ホテル室内は新しくないけどキレイで、バスユニットは小さいですが大浴場が併設ホテルにあるので快適でした。紅葉とライトアップが良くて良い季節に行けたのでさらに良かった。朝食券は現地で購入し朝ごはんバイキングは種類はたくさんではないですが満足。窓側の席は富士山ビューで朝から楽しめます。”

„這是球場的酒店，各方面比國內的五星級酒店都更好，房間面積很大，洗漱用品的品質很好，酒店大堂和其他公共空間的設計和佈置也非常棒！可惜沒有提前預約，沒吃上25週年活動的特色晚餐，以後到日本一定要養成提前預約的習慣。在這個球場打球一直都是在富士山腳下，視野和風景非常漂亮！”
