„Our stay at UH Continental was truly amazing. I couldn’t believe the hotel is even prettier in person than in the photos. My daughter absolutely loved the indoor spa, and what I appreciated most was the kids’ play area, it’s perfect for families traveling with little ones. The hotel is also just steps away from Haeundae Beach, which makes the location even more convenient. Everything smelled fresh and clean, and the bed was one of the comfiest we’ve experienced during our trip. What made our stay even more memorable was the manager, Hailey. She was the nicest person we met in Busan, 🥹 very cheerful, professional, and such a great conversationalist. She actually reminded me of Im Yoon‑ah from the K-drama King the Land—a warm and happy hotelier who makes guests feel genuinely welcome. Our experience here was truly memorable. ✨”

„Excellent stay. We picked this for the unique architecture and decor and we were not disappointed. You can see the attention to detail in the design of this hotel. Also, beautiful view from our Premium room, facing the sunrise so we could enjoy a cup of tea/coffee peacefully in the morning. (Photo attached). It is a 4-star hotel - the hallways may be a bit outdated and dark - but the rooms themselves are updated and new, with comfortable bed/shower. Staff are available, friendly, and welcoming. Walkable to nearby sights, stations, and ATM/convenience stores. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others for a wonderful place to stay in Busan.”

„This seems a very new hotel. Quiet with nice ocean view. Breakfast area at level 20 comes with very nice view. There are cafes and resultant along the road. The little issue is we don't know how ro operate the aircond and heater which seems to be from the same machine. It seems as if it is centralized. Anyway, we are alright with this. There is no toothbrush and tooth paste provided due to certain policy in Busan. Worth to stay”

„Booked this hotel as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Great location, just a 15 minute walk from the subway; and the views from the room were phenomenal! I booked a deluxe ocean view room which was a really good size and had everything we needed (including a fancy japanese style toilet). We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant but did visit the cafe on the top floor which was lovely and had some great views over Yeongdo island and Busan. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already been looking at when we can next visit!”

„Location: It's in the same building as the Grab the Beach Hotel, only about 100-200 meters from the Fairfield. When my taxi couldn't pinpoint the location, I'd just set it for the Fairfield. View: If you want to watch the sunrise directly from your bed, this hotel is unbeatable. I think the view is even better than the Fairfield because this building faces directly east. Layout: Overall, it was better than I expected. Although the room isn't huge, the different areas are well-organized and comprehensive, with a wardrobe and a small fridge. The table and chairs are indoors, but I imagine you could easily move them to the balcony in the summer. It was too cold for that in the winter. The bathroom layout is very practical. Service: I was a bit anxious before checking in because the entire process, from check-in to check-out, is self-service. The emails were only in Korean and English, and if you wanted to book additional items, the interface was only in Korean, which was quite inconvenient. In the end, I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel provided facial cleanser, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Remember to confirm your check-in online via email before arrival; the room door code will be sent to your email 3-5 hours before check-in time. The card you receive upon check-in is only for operating the elevator. For check-out, just drop the card into the box at the self check-in counter. „The location is fantastic, Haeundae Beach is right on the doorstep, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. A taxi to the airport during off-peak hours took just over 40 minutes, which was quicker than I expected. The airport shuttle bus stop is also close to the hotel. There's a supermarket and a coffee shop downstairs, and the subway station is a 10-minute walk away. The room was clean, but they don't provide slippers or toiletries, so remember to bring your own.”
