The hotel is situated next to a golf course, offering a peaceful and quiet environment even during the day. The room was spacious and well-appointed; however, it tended to be warm at night due to the centralized air conditioning being set to heating mode. Sliding open the balcony door provided a welcome flow of cool, natural air. There is a self-managed GS25 convenience store located in the lobby—perfect for grabbing snacks or daily necessities. The hotel also provides plenty of open-air parking spaces right in front of the building, which is convenient for guests with vehicles. While the location is ideal for sightseeing—close to the O’Sulloc Green Tea Museum, Innisfree Jeju House, and Jeju Premium Outlet adjacent to Shinhwa World Resort—it’s worth noting that the surrounding area within the hotel becomes quite dimly lit at night. Whether walking or driving, guests should exercise extra caution in the evenings due to the limited lighting. The hotel is also approximately a 35-minute drive from three of Jeju’s most iconic natural landmarks: Jeongbang Waterfall, Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff, and Cheonjeyeon Waterfall.

First, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations. Now, for the pros: 1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance). 2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes. 3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English. 4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious. 5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport. Areas for improvement: 1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them). 2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side.

5인 가족여행으로 선택했는데 정말 만족합니다. 우선 복층으로 되어 있어 기상 시간대가 달라도 걱정이 없어요. 부모님께서 정말 일찍 일어나시는데 깨고 나서도 마음대로 거실 주방 왔다갔다 하시며 나머지 가족들 깰까봐 조심하지 않아도 돼서 너무 좋았다고 하셨어요. 가족들 중 기상 혹은 취침시간대가 많이 다른 사람들끼리의 숙소로는 여기가 딱입니다.

The room and the property are very nice, the location is ok for some attractions, although a little far from most of the bars and restaurants. The service at this hotel is bizarre. They are incredibly strict about the check in and check out time, and quite rude, they welcome you with a very passive aggressive rules document which threatens several ways you can be fined or kicked out of the hotel, the bar/restaurant was closed 'forever' I was told, the elevator and corridors constantly have a smell like someone has farted in them. The breakfast food is poor, unseasoned and flavourless, even the butter is unsalted, poor selection, you have to compete with the staff for the best bits of the food as they eat in the restaurant at the same time and don't restock items, although they claim to do breakfast until 10 with last entry at 930, they tidy up around you at like 915 without asking if you're finished, and seem to expect you to clear your own table. If you put do not disturb in the morning they don't come clean later but just leave a carrier bag of towels outside, if you use they glassware in the room they don't clean it at all or replace it. Overall a very strange experience, maybe it's a cultural thing but from a western perspective this hotel has some of the worst service I've ever experienced, and I found it quite unwelcoming. For the money you'd be better off booking something from an American chain or similar.

Love it.it was a self check in service but the staff is so friendly to guide us. particularly this one girl staff with spectacle and short hair.very friendly and smile a lot.make us felt warm. Room was very nice and located near Seongsan illchulbong. Very recommended if you are looking a place to stay nearby.

화장실이 슥 보면 깨끗해 보이는데, 실리콘 곰팡이나 바닥타일이 움직이는 현상도 있었습니다.. 타일 속에서 막 물 나오고.. 2~3명으로 가시는 것보다, 여기는 많이 와야할거 같습니다. 그리거고 숙소 배정(위치)는 별도로 요청해여할거 같습니다. 저는 사람들 있는 동이랑 많이 떨어져서, 주변에 아무도 없고, 불도 안켜져있고..좀 을씨년 스러웠습니다. 그 외에는 침구류랑 수건류 청결해서 좋았습니다. 다음에는 대가족이랑 올때나 한번 이용할거 같습니다.

We choose the ondol setting and we loved it. The mattress is quite thin and thinner than other Korean mattresses we slept on. The bathroom is not so clean there was still some hair. The hotel is very quiet and there is a CU grocery store in the hotel. I would consider coming back for being quiet.

Location is good, direcly next to ocean. Breakfast was very good. The only thing bothering us was the old room. Our room was in the old area, not upgraded yet. You can really see how old is it. Nevertheless, they keep the room clean.

Ten hotel jest dogodny dla osób podróżujących służbowo do okolic Seogwipo. Jeśli zależy Ci przede wszystkim na czystości, gorąco polecam. Jedynymi niedogodnościami, jakie napotkałem tym razem, były nieuprzejma reakcja recepcjonistki i zaniedbana łazienka. Gdyby tylko te niedogodności zostały poprawione, myślę, że byłby to najlepszy hotel pod względem stosunku jakości do ceny.

Sprawdziliśmy się bardzo późno w nocy o 11:00 i musiałyśmy zmienić pokój dwa razy zanim w końcu dostaliśmy pokój i ustaliliśmy. To nie było bardzo dobre doświadczenie, zwłaszcza dla dwóch dziewczyn. Potem zszedłem, aby nasz pokój został zmieniony. Recepcja, która jest tak miła (w służbie) dała nam nowy pokój i nowy klucz. Poszliśmy na górę i klucz nie działał. W tym momencie byliśmy już bardzo wyczerpani. Znowu zszedłem i poinformowaliśmy ją. Potem dała nam kolejny pokój, który przechodziliśmy i przypadkowo zauważyła, że to był DND przedtem. Pomagała nam w całej drodze do nowego pokoju i otworzyła dla nas drzwi. Wygląda na to, że było późno, więc szybko przyjęliśmy go i sprawdziliśmy. Gdy się uspokoiliśmy, zdjęliśmy sobie sprawę, że drzwi główne nie mogą być zamknięte od wewnątrz. Ustaliliśmy się w każdym razie, ponieważ nie chcieliśmy przejść przez wszystkie kłopoty i zniszczyć nasze wakacje. Ale na lekki uwaga, recepcjonistka jest bardzo miła i promocja próbuje naprawić naszą sprawę. To miejsce może zrobić lepiej.
