The puri or chapati and curry quickly became our favorites, perfectly complemented by the aromatic masala tea and the flavorful masala omelette – a true culinary delight! With each meal, we explored a plethora of different dishes, each more tantalizing than the last. It's safe to say that the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations in every way. Absolutely loved the hotel and stay! Cosy clean rooms, great vibes, food and passionate service (from security guards to housekeepers at every level)! Breakfast buffet has great selections and very tasty menu, service staff is extremely attentive to your needs and service deserves great commendation (every single one of them)! It was a bit difficult to read the names off the badges, managed to only saw Sabina’s and Arun’s name but there are just so many more staff whom I’d like to show appreciation from front desk to concierge and really everyone! They do not just serve you but engage with you through conversations making you feel at ease and like at home during the stay. Liked how the laundry system works and also the gym which are both 24 hours. No complaints at all and I would definitely like to stay here again when I am at Nepal the next round. 10/10 recommend and you will have no regrets!

A fantastic hotel with beautiful architecture and wooden detailing. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Free yoga in the morning on the rooftop and a walking tour is provided upon request. The rooms are large with lots of light. The bathroom is functional with good water pressure. For winter, an electric blanket, portable heater and hot water bottles are supplied. Delicious and well priced breakfast. Amazing value for money.

クラッシックホテルが好きなので、民族博物館的な内装の雰囲気が気に入りました。 ちょうど冬に訪問したのでお部屋が寒く、エアコンもなかなか暖かくなりませんでした。 現在、日本政府がカトマンズの水道を整備しているので、完成すれば解決すると思うのですが、水質がとても悪いです。 シャワーの時は目に水が入らないよう気をつけましょう。 ミネラルウォーターを多めに用意していただいているので歯磨きなどは問題ありません。 朝食は基本的には美味しいのですが、3日のうち1日だけ炭水化物ばかりの日があって困りました。 ダルバール広場までは徒歩圏内ですが、カトマンズは大気汚染が激しいのでマスクを持参するか購入すると良いですよ。

Wystrój wydawał się nowy, a kiedy zapytałam, okazało się, że hotel został otwarty dopiero w zeszłym miesiącu, więc był niesamowicie czysty! (Dlatego było tak mało opinii). Myślę, że ten hotel również spodoba się gościom z Japonii, dlatego piszę tę recenzję. [Zalety] • To nowy budynek, więc jest czysty i nowy. • Jest mnóstwo gniazdek elektrycznych w stylu globalnym (jest nawet port USB przy łóżku). • Dostępne są dwie litrowe butelki wody. • Dostępne jacuzzi, sauna i sauna parowa. (Nie korzystałam z niej, ale sauna parowa pachniała tak dobrze, że chciałam ją wypróbować. Chyba warto zabrać ze sobą strój kąpielowy.) • Śniadanie było pyszne! Robili nawet herbatę masala! • Personel był niesamowicie miły (menedżer mówi nawet trochę po japońsku). • Obiekt położony jest z dala od głównej drogi, więc w nocy jest cicho! • Materac był solidny, więc spałem smacznie! Average Experience with Clean Room, Could Improve Guest Service I recently stayed at this hotel for a brief getaway, and my overall experience was average. The highlight of my stay was the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I was pleased to find a well-maintained and spotless environment, which contributed significantly to my comfort during the stay. Despite these shortcomings in guest service, the hotel's amenities and facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, providing a good night's rest.

The hotel is conveniently situated right behind of the Garden of Dreams. Just a short walking distance to the busy Thamel area. The vicinity has convenience stores, cafes, eateries and pharmacy. The room is quite small but it's alright for a short stay. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as other hotels that I've stayed. Very basic fitness facility in the hotel, do wish that they would make the gym bigger and better equipped. The breakfast buffet is good enough for some fuel before heading out to explore. Omelette could definitely be improved but I do like the mushrooms and bacon with my omelette. They also have a soup station which you can pick what you want to go into your soup. The soy latte was nicely done. Some day they serve the chocolate cake which is a must try. Staffs are very well trained and speaks good english. I'd definitely recommend staying here for the value for money, fantastic location and good hospitality.

Классный панорамный ресторан на 7 этаже - вкусно, разнообразное меню на завтраке(система шведский стол), меню ресторана также разнообразное - есть и блюда местной кухни, и европейские. Очень хороший спа в отеле, единственное, что работает не до позднего вечера. Очень приветливый и гостеприимный персонал. Рекомендую

After several trips to Nepal, I finally decided to treat myself with a stay at the famous Kathmandu Guest House. So glad I did. So much peace, grace, charm and beauty .. and of course, the history!
