Had a great 5D4N stay with family at this hotel. They were able to accommodate to my request of arranging a room that is closer to the lift area for my elderly parents. We stayed at the executive room which was spacious and comfortable for 3. Bed is comfy and the mini kitchen has all the cutleries and fridge to keep our drinks and food chilled. The coffee machine was good. Toilet and towels were clean. Although they often forgot to replenish the amenities in quantity of 3, the housekeeping was fast in delivering the items upon request. The hotel is also located very near to the queen sirikit MRT station exit 1, making it very convenient to travel around. There's also a 7 eleven convenient store within walking distance. The only downside i had was during check in as there was a miscommunication with the hotel reception and housekeeping. We had to wait for about 30-40mins for our room when check in was supposed to be at 3pm. But the hotel reception was kind and tried to give us the room asap. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if there's a good deal.

Stayed for the second time for business trip. Love how this hotel located, easy access by grab or bts. Just remember to locate more time for grab finding. So far all is good, the gym the service are all good!

Strategic Location & Urban Access One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is its location. Positioned a short walk from major transport links such as the Asok BTS Skytrain and Sukhumvit MRT Subway, guests can navigate Bangkok’s sprawling landscape with ease—including quick access to shopping, dining, and nightlife hubs like Terminal 21, EmQuartier, and Emporium.

Zwykle nie wystawiam złych opinii, ale mój ostatni pobyt w hotelu przyniósł mieszane rezultaty. Pozytywy zostały przyćmione przez problemy z obsługą i udogodnieniami, które wymagają rozwiązania. Personel obsługi pokoju był profesjonalny i uprzejmy. Pokoje również były atutem – przestronne i wygodne. Niemniej jednak, uporczywy poranny zapach z toalety i słaba izolacja akustyczna psuły komfort pobytu. Rozmowy sąsiadów i płacz dzieci były słyszalne przez całą noc pobytu. Wi-Fi w pokoju również miało ciągłe opóźnienia. Procedury meldunkowe okazały się nieefektywne: wcześniejsze meldunki były odrzucane, a goście musieli dwukrotnie powtarzać formularze rejestracyjne, co powodowało niepotrzebne oczekiwanie w godzinach szczytu, czyli o 14:00, i marnowało czas zarówno gości, jak i personelu. Znajomość języka angielskiego niektórych pracowników również nie spełniała standardów hotelu, przez co niektóre prośby nie były uwzględniane. Miałem lepsze doświadczenia z gośćmi w Tajlandii.

The location was great House keeping was amazing (Fern was the one who cleaned my room all of my stay. She was incredible) All the staff was great but huge thanks to Noi who was super helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel however please add a few more equipment to the gym 🙃

Hotel znajduje się przy Soi 34, nieco daleko od stacji BTS, co nieco utrudnia pobyt. Jednak ze względu na lokalizację w dzielnicy mieszkalnej, panuje tu stosunkowo cicha atmosfera i spałem bardzo dobrze. Pokój był odpowiedniej wielkości i czysty. Personel był generalnie niezbyt gościnny, ale stosunek jakości do ceny był doskonały, a przy cenie nieco ponad 500 dolarów za noc, zdecydowanie warto było.

Jest czysto i bez kurzu, a pościel jest sprzątana i sprzątana codziennie. Czuje się, jakby wchodzili do pokoju gościnnego po raz pierwszy. Niektórzy goście pokoju gościnnego zdejmują buty i skarpetki na korytarzu za drzwiami wszystkie materiały eksploatacyjne i butelka gorącej wody są zapewnione. Jestem bardzo zadowolony. Przy drzwiach znajduje się wiele taksówek (z mapami wycieczek). Możesz się z nimi skontaktować i negocjować cenę 600-800 bahtów/całodniowy serwis.

We stayed at Kingston Suites Hotel Sukhumvit after reading mostly positive reviews, so our expectations were fairly high. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t fully match what we saw online. After check-in, we were informed that we had to drop off and pick up the elevator key card every time we left or returned to the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. Our suite was located in a separate building behind the main hotel. During our stay, one of the flats on our floor was undergoing renovation, which made things very noisy – unlucky timing, but still disruptive. The suite itself was very spacious. It had a living room with a small kitchen and a washing machine (a nice bonus you don’t often find in hotels), and a large bedroom separated by a big door. However, the bedroom felt extremely empty despite its size. While the bed was large and very comfortable, which we appreciated, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The carpets were visibly dirty, the headboard had stains, and there were stains on the cupboards and vanity table as well. This really put both me and my wife off and made the room feel neglected rather than “luxury.” The living room TV was large, but we couldn’t figure out how to use the channels or system properly. On the positive side, the bathroom had a Japanese-style toilet with a bidet, good shower pressure, and a huge hot tub-style bathtub. Unfortunately, when we tried to use the bathtub, the water came out very dirty. We informed reception, and they did clean it the next day, which we appreciated, but we still felt skeptical and didn’t end up using it. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the amenities on paper are great. However, the rooms really need updating, or at the very least, the photos on Google and booking sites should be updated to reflect the actual condition of the suites. We felt disappointed because the room did not match our expectations based on the reviews and pictures.

Główną zaletą są bardzo duże pokoje z balkonem. Owszem, hotel jest stary, ale personel jest dobrze wyszkolony. Pokoje są zawsze sprzątane o wyznaczonej porze. Basen na dachu jest doskonały, jest też bar, ale cena jest bardzo wysoka – butelka chang kosztuje 350 bahtów.

Woda ma rdzę, zaraz po odkręceniu ma bardzo żółtawy kolor, po spłukaniu toalety cała toaleta nabrała ciemnego, rdzawego koloru. Musiałem długo puszczać wodę, zanim stała się czysta. Naprzeciwko mojego pokoju znajdują się dwie wieże telefonii komórkowej zwrócone bezpośrednio na moje okno, po przeciwnej stronie ulicy, po prawej stronie, jest co najmniej 6 kolejnych wież, całe otoczenie praktycznie nie nadaje się do zamieszkania. Brak grzebienia, brak kapci, okropne. Personel jest przyjazny. Ceny w hotelu nagle wzrosły o ponad 50% w ciągu kilku dni, ceny były niższe, kiedy przyjechałem. Pokój jest za mały, nie wart swojej ceny, a do tego jest dość daleko od metra. Hotel zapewnia samochód, który dowozi ludzi do metra co godzinę, naprzeciwko metra znajduje się duże centrum handlowe.
