GGośćThe hotel has an immaculate lobby and friendly staff. The room was clean with typical amenities expected. They have a very large fitness facility with a good selection of equipment. There is no pool or free breakfast, but this hotel met everything I needed. I was very pleased.

JJJRGIts a great hotel to stay when you are having a long lay-over in Denver. Very spacious rooms, comfy bed,Starbucks coffee provided. Really superb and worth the price. Though its quite on the higher price, still the best and relaxing sleep and stay is at its finest. Will stay here again soon.

GGuest UserGreat location and amenities for kids - pool and great playground. Overall, great place to stay especially with kids. However the beds are extremely uncomfortable and no one in my family got good sleep. Bed extremely firm and lumpy, pillows way too soft. Also, we used the parking garage which was very convenient the second night. It would have been nice to know that street parking is extremely limited, so paying for parking is kind of a must. It also would have been a nice touch in the parking instructions to mention looking for the “reserved for Kasa” parking spaces on the first level to the right. It’s not completely obvious and we ended up parking in a random spot and then later saw the signage. The parking instructions only stated to enter the garage and make sure to hang the parking pass visible- not that there were designated spots.

GGośćWe stayed here for just the evening. We walked to the baseball game and back. It was a quick stay and did not spend much time in our room. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, the check in was smooth and easy. I was able to get signed up for the Marriott membership.

GGośćWe love Brown Palace and have been there before. We had difficulty getting them to return our calls when we were trying to make reservations for dinner there. Our air conditioning would not turn off and we didn’t hear back from them when we alerted them to the problem. For the price we were paying, we expected better service. It is still a wonderful historic place to spend time.

GGośćThis is the second year I went to Denver for conference, and chose Kimpton hotel for this trip. I really like it as the lobby is very cozy and nice, perfect for hang out and having meetings with guests. The room is also very spacious, much better than the hotel I stayed last year that's 5 mins walk away. The hotel staff is helpful.

GGośćThere were pros and cons. Hotel not in a convenient location for tourists visiting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air-conditioner and refrigerator need to be switched off to sleep as they are too noisy. Mould in the bathroom. Service was good though.
