This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 3 story North Georgia home is over 3,000 square feet and is located approximately halfway between Dillard, Georgia and Highlands, NC. It has a wood burning fireplace and a fireplace with gas logs on the second floor living/dining area with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, The 3,900 feet elevation provides wonderful summer temperatures, Bring your whole family to enjoy the serenity of the North Georgia Mountains. It is a great location for a reunion with family or friends. On the first level of our home is a large stone floored great room with a stone fireplace, equipped with gas logs, and a king bedroom with a full bath. The bedroom has double french doors opening out to a private covered patio. The great room contains a couch for extra sleeping space. The second floor which is very open and spacious contains the living area, dining area and kitchen. Both the living area has and dining area contain stone wood burning fireplaces the dining area fireplace is equipped with gas logs.i.
