„Cały hotel jest naprawdę luksusowy i elegancki. Tak się złożyło, że w czasie mojego przyjazdu na pianinie grał pianista. Miałem dużo szczęścia. Muzyka, którą grał była naprawdę przyjemna i pasowała do ogólnej atmosfery hotelu. Obsługa pani powitającej przy drzwiach jest również bardzo uprzejma. Wyszedł, żeby się ze mną przywitać, zanim jeszcze wszedłem do drzwi, pomógł mi z walizką i obsłużył mnie aż do recepcji. Kiedy meldowałem się w recepcji, nalali mi herbatę, czekali cierpliwie, a następnie wysłali mnie do windy. Pokój był również bardzo czysty i schludny. Mieszkałem w pokoju dwuosobowym typu deluxe i łóżko było bardzo miękkie. Wszystko było tak jak się spodziewałem. W trakcie procesu telewizor nie chciał się włączyć, więc zadzwoniłem do recepcji. Zaraz po rozłączeniu się, do pokoju przyszła obsługa, żeby mnie uczyć. W każdym razie ogólne wrażenia z pobytu są świetne.”

„We are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel. - There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay. - The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am. - The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust. - Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used. - The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists.”

„Massive hotel with really a lot of rooms, dedicated to mass tourism in the nearby entertainment area. Location is more quiet than other Hotels in the area. Room was nice and quite clean. Public areas starts to show wearing due to high presence. A couple of broken glass on the balcony (on very high floor) in the vaste breakfast area. Talking about breakfast, feeling was not good at all. Too many people, organized but chaotic and personnel always on the run that can’t follow your request properly. Public areas are ok, many shops, but few entertainments. Honestly, considering that other hotels are even worse, next time will be just a daily trip.”

酒店在景區內的島上，乘坐酒店的遊船15分鐘，沿途風景不錯，島上衹有兩間客房，我們住的是院子桑林下帶獨立泡池的小客房，很温馨安靜，客廳很大，無人打擾等於獨享了別墅大套房。管家真的很熱情細緻，下午入住後去酒店邊上島嶼的咖啡館喝了個下午茶，咖啡廳大草坪環境不錯，因為景區有遊客還是熱鬧的，但是咖啡很好喝。聽説週六有高空煙花在島的上空，可惜我們當晚沒有，早上又去景區走了一圈，濕地的水域和風景都不錯，每個島也不大，散步感覺很好，管家還帶我們坐摩託艇去喂黑天鵝，酒店為了2個客房，單獨配了廚師，預訂餐食很認真，還照顧我們口味。這特色和服務的酒店真的不多，好評！

這是最近住的最喜歡的酒店了🥰 酒店在安吉的山裡，但下高速很快就能到，路很好開。往酒店開的路上就看見高高的山上風車轉呀轉，浮躁的心已經慢慢靜下來💫 整座酒店衹有七間客房，每一間都有自己獨特的風景和視野，私密度相當好👌🏻酒店的無動力健身房很有特色（¬◡¬）✧愛運動的寶寶不要錯過體驗。無邊泳池由於下雨，沒有體驗，不過在泳池邊坐坐，聽聽雨也是極享受的。酒店贈送的雞尾酒也不錯（*≧∪≦）👍🏻 管家服務也是住過的酒店中排的上號的，體貼周到，事無鉅細都為客人考慮到，連幾點會下雨，什麼時候天藍好拍都會提示😆 細節真的做到了極致。在眾多國際連鎖酒店把小樣的洗漱用品換成大瓶按壓裝，這裏給住客提供的是真空泵瓶的全套😂抽紙是得寶的，洗臉巾比自己家的還厚實。房間還配備了VR眼鏡，落地閨蜜機，YAMAHA的藍牙音響，咖啡機。衞洗麗，巨大的泡池，瑜伽墊……😝 早餐選了當地的美食，超級滿足啊😘 在我心目中，目前湖州酒店的天花板🤗

2026年農曆新年，座標上海周邊，需尋一處可以大家一起過年的地方，找到了此處。在長興一個叫水口的地方。訂了一個4間房的別墅，價格也很合適。來了發現非常的OK。別墅裏面有4間套房。既做到了獨立，又做到了融合。麻將桌吃飯的桌子一應俱全。真是一家人其樂融融，非常好的地方。同時酒店的飯店做的也不錯。年夜飯也是在這家酒店訂的。那個土雞湯給人印象深刻。其他的每一道菜也比較精緻，我覺得在上海這一桌菜起碼得要3000左右。但是在這裏性價比非常高。這個酒店還有農場。裏面會有很多農產品什麼的。總之是依山傍水，環境極佳，絕不是一般的農家樂。值得再刷。

服務： 入住前，芳草地的小夥伴小陳就主動聯繫，通知了酒店活動，有任何問題都可以隨時溝通，我提前預訂了一個嬰兒床，剛入住就來房間安裝了。由於還在哺乳期，冰袋需要冷凍，也及時安排好了，小陳無微不至的關心，讓我感受特別好❤️ 環境： 酒店位於湖州長興水口鄉，酒店佔地面積很大很好逛，去之前不知道有巨大的茶田，太驚喜了，第一天到正好下午4點陽光最柔和的時候去逛茶園小徑，感覺太美好啦🌞 設施： 酒店共有170多間房，大多數都是別墅，茅草屋頂，細節方面地基都被抬起，房間一點也不潮濕，非常有世外桃源的感覺。 酒店還有萌寵樂園，有小鹿、羊駝、小浣熊、鴕鳥、小香豬、小牛、小羊、雞，長得萌萌噠，特別可愛～還有卡丁車可以開🏎️ 衞生： 雖然酒店有些年頭，但非常乾淨，衞浴是科勒的，別墅房型還有個很愜意的露台，頂篷還是智能可伸展的，遇到大太陽和下雨也可以在露台感受大自然。 值得點讚的是房間竟然有消毒櫃，果然是很棒的親子酒店，我這次還自帶了寶寶消毒櫃呢～

這次來太湖演藝城，訂了這家煙花樓酒店，真的很方便。首先酒店位置很好，晚上在陽台上看打鐵花清清楚楚。低空煙花也都能看到。高空煙花可以到酒店底樓看，也非常震撼。另外，春節人特別多，預約系統癱瘓，改成現場取票，住在這酒店的含金量又上來了。早上八點晃晃悠悠去排隊，這時排隊人很少。八點半演藝城才開門，一大堆住在外面酒店的人狂奔進來排隊，而我已經取好票，回酒店定定心心吃早飯。酒店前台很客氣禮貌，打掃三樓房間的一個瘦瘦的阿姨很客氣，每次碰到她都很熱情跟我們打招呼，房間也打掃的很認真。唯一不足的是隔音有一點點不太好，晚上隔壁房間開門關門聽得很清楚（不過還好，他們也不經常進出）總的來説，是一次很愉快的行程，已經推薦給好幾個朋友同事了。

整體入住都比較滿意，假期出遊，入住人多但是辦理速度快，提前加了管家的微信響應速度較快，有這麼需求可以跟直接跟管家溝通。作為親子酒店，孩子的體驗也很重要，大廳娛樂項目也不少，有節目表演，還有電視播放貓和老鼠，孩子也很喜歡，距離冰雪世界/動物園/大馬戲團近，去演藝城，門口隨時可以叫到車，也很方便。

We really enjoyed our stay even though the weather was not good. What worked: Great bed, the room is comfortable and pretty, fab bathtub, service is excellent, very pet friendly, great pool (though we couldn't use it, too cold), nice amenities in general, good food Downside: There is only issue, but a significant one. While the hotel has fantastic grounds and design, it is surrounded by factories. You can see them from the window and the pool. It really kills the vibe and is a bit noisy. But I suppose there is not much they can do about it.

The hotel environment is really good. Surrounded by distant mountains and green plants, the air is good, the flowers are red and the birds are singing, and the scenery is pleasant. There are still a lot of restaurants around. It is worth it for friends who are under high pressure in the city to come here to relax and have a good rest. The only regret is that the hotel restaurant cannot order dishes, only set meals can be selected, and the taste is average. The service staff is polite and young, which is good.
