Manager Feng offered detailed and warm service with great enthusiasm. The lake-view room boasted a breathtaking panoramic view; opening the window revealed shimmering lake scenery right before our eyes. The room was clean, spacious, fully equipped, and well-maintained. The overall service experience was exceptional, with thoughtful attention to every detail. This place is perfect for a vacation—I’ve already recommended it to friends and will definitely return!”

„The hotel is quite large, and the overall environment is clean and beautiful. Although it's been open for some time, it's still very well-maintained. The rooms are tidy, and the cleaning is thorough. From the doormen to the front desk and room service, everyone has a great attitude. During my stay, the hotel even offered a complimentary travel photoshoot. The makeup artist was lovely and very polite, doing a meticulous job. The photographer was professional and taught me how to pose. Even the lady helping with photo selection offered helpful suggestions. It was a fantastic experience. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.”

„春節帶母親來雲南玩，在澄江住了一晚，超預期！首先酒店位置很好，在兩條大路的交叉口，開車出行很方便；酒店有地下停車場，兩層停車位，車位充足，即便過年旅遊旺季也不用太擔心車位不足，我還看到酒店後面也有一部分停車位，而且配有充電樁，電車出行的朋友們也可以無憂入住！其次酒店的工作人員們都非常友好，熱情指引觀看煙花的地點，我們的那間房因為日照時間長，屋裡會有點熱，工作人員也提前告知，並且幫忙提前開窗散熱，非常nice！還有就是酒店衞生情況很不錯，房間很乾凈，雖然不是近兩年新開業的，但是設施保持的很新，洗澡水很大，熱水來的也很快！最後就是酒店的早餐也很不錯，種類足夠多，中式西式現煮類應有盡有，水果蜜餞什麼的也種類不少！總之就是一開始説的很超預期的一次入住，推薦自駕來撫仙湖玩的朋友們入住，到湖邊也就是開車“一腳油”的事！沒來及拍酒店的照片，基本上和展示頁面一樣的。強烈推薦！”

„The hotel is huge with a big aquirium in the lobby, there is also a giant fantastic outdoor playground (need to add on but price is reasonable) and a free indoor playground. We stayed during weekday and got Free Upgrade to better room with lake view. Buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of food, taste wise is Ok. Services generally good and they let us extend checkout time to 2pm. Kids love it and had a great time staying there!”

The whole is a simple and elegant Jiangnan wind courtyard, white walls and tiles with water scenery and green plants, quiet and elegant without noisy crowds, and the atmosphere is directly full. The oversized viewing terrace on the top floor is the finishing touch, and the whole blue Fuxian Lake is the eye. At sunset, the orange sunset is spread across the lake, and the photo is a huge film. The rooms are quiet, the space is open, the whole house is smart, the mattress is soft and sleepy, the bathroom is cleaned spotlessly from dry and wet, the quality of washing and care is online, the sound insulation is superb at night, and I wake up naturally when I sleep. The most plus point is the butler service, arriving to take the initiative to help with luggage, any demand response is super fast, intimate and not disturbed. Breakfast is integrated with local characteristics, the ingredients are fresh and light and delicious, the tea room and leisure area in the public area can be emptyed everywhere, sitting by the lake and blowing the hair, all fatigue is dissipated. The overall luxury is quiet, taking into account the value and comfort. No matter how long the couple relaxes and the family leisure stay is suitable, the first choice for Fuxian Lake accommodation is thousands of miles to ride alone, which has been included in the second brush list!”

„原計劃中並沒有安排在這裏居住，是臨時起意縮短了玉溪的行程，擠出5天時間入住澄江撫仙湖萬達文華酒店，結果讓人很驚喜。酒店中式風格，有自己的獨到之處，讓人耳目一新。雖然有年代感，但維護很好，絲毫不影響居住的舒適感。特別值得一提的是，店內的人工湖和園林設計很是用心，無論是臨窗眺望，還是園裡散步，鳥語花香，處處皆美景。酒店門口那棵高大的花期正盛的木棉，緊挨着客房一面牆開得正絢爛的櫻花，讓我喜愛得挪不開眼。酒店地理位置優越，對面就是月亮灣濕地公園，打車去周邊景點也很方便，餐飲更是有太多的選擇。如果讓我給酒店提點建議，就是希望早餐能再提升一下。”

„環境：很有風格的民宿，建築都是裸磚結構，整體設計上細節滿滿，隱藏了許多動物元素雕塑。目測老闆應該還有不少藝術家朋友，房間內還有可售的畫作。民宿內還養了柯爾鴨，走之前發現有衹大烏龜。 服務：服務熱情，提前聯繫確認到達時間，停車方便，有自己的車庫。還能報銷祿充風景區門票。 設施：房間內設施齊全，考慮周到，訂的親子房，小房間裏充斥着各種小童元素，另外還有個小帳篷， 孩子很喜歡。洗漱池也有分高低，就是放東西的空間稍微有點小。我們家習慣自帶用品哈哈。 民宿的餐廳菜品口味挺好的，早餐套餐量很足，根本吃不完，就是豆漿不是每個人都喝，建議能有個選擇，也避免浪費。 撫仙湖很漂亮，酒店也很清幽，下次有機會再來多住兩天。”
