„We had a lovely stay at the Mogan Mountain Senbo Resort. The waterpark always provides a lot of fun-filled memories and the room was neat. My son and I had a wonderful time exploring more fun-filled activities. In the meantime, we also got great service, especially from Wenjing at reception. We appreciate all the help from the friendly staff at Senbo and look forward to our next stay.”

„Our stay at Naked Stables was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable for our whole family. We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy — from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our son’s birthday — a gesture that made our stay extra special. Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dog— friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids. Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, nature, and meaningful experiences.”

„這次入住莫干山雲谷德信開元名都度假酒店，真的是一次超棒的體驗！從進門開始就被金盛經理的熱情服務打動了，精神面貌特別好，全程細緻周到，讓人感覺特別親切。 酒店的遊樂設施豐富到讓人驚喜！我們體驗了足球和乒乓球，運動出汗的感覺特別暢快。最難忘的是去垂釣場玩，本來衹是隨便試試，沒想到真的釣上來一條小毛魚！看着小魚在魚鈎上撲騰，成就感滿滿，這種親近自然的樂趣太治癒了。 早餐更是豐盛到讓人驚喜！種類特別多，中西式都有，最有趣的是還能自己動手做DIY華夫餅，香香脆脆的特別好吃。還有挖蜂巢的體驗，感覺特別有意思，玩得很開心。 更讓我們感動的是，在踢足球的時候我父親不小心崴了腳，酒店工作人員知道後，立刻給我們送來了雲南白葯止痛噴霧，還一直關心我們的情況，後續也特別照顧，這種貼心的服務真的太暖心了。 整體環境也很棒，山水田園風的設計很雅緻，住着特別放鬆。下次來莫干山，肯定還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給大家！”

„This is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night. I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better.”

„What a beautiful place to break away from the noise of everyday life! The entire camp has such a calm, serene, almost zen-like atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and well thought out. The design and layout of the place are stunning. There’s bamboo growing everywhere, adding to the natural, tranquil vibe. The cabins themselves are pretty modern and clean. The staff we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful - even though there was a language barrier. Whether we needed a ride somewhere around the camp (which was always available thanks to staff driving around regularly) or had a question, they were always happy to assist. Adding reception on WhatsApp made things even easier – they responded quickly to any requests we had. The food was amazing. We especially loved the Chinese restaurant – every dish we tried was full of flavor. There’s a communal pool and other fun activities like paddling, which unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy due to the weather. Still, it’s nice to know they’re available. There’s also a small animal park where one can see peacocks, goats, chickens and ducks. It’s also nice to just walk around the camp. The views are just gorgeous, and the whole environment encourages you to relax and slow down. All in all, it’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and just enjoy some peace and the beauty of nature. One small downside was that there was only one coffee machine available at breakfast, which led to a long line. We ended up buying coffee, which was a bit inconvenient—especially since we could’ve had coffee for free. 🤭 I highly recommended Elephant and Moon! Would love to visit again!”

„酒店的位置在德清訊息小鎮，屬於高新區，周邊有會議中心，銀泰廣場，體育中心等設施，自駕很方便，酒店停車免費。我們定的是親子套房，一家四口，前台小姐姐貼心為我們多贈送了兩張早餐券。房間很新，很乾凈，有兩個衞生間，馬桶也都是一體式智能馬桶，很贊。唯一要提出意見的是，馬桶連接的水管會發出間歇性的“吱吱”聲，白天無所謂，深夜還是有點影響睡眠，希望能儘快檢修哦，其他都很棒！”

„The hotel's front desk staff and concierge provided excellent service. Front desk manager Donk Deng Ye's service was particularly outstanding; he called me a day in advance, added me on the phone, and offered butler-style service, always responsive to my needs. Knowing we had two children, he gave us two gift bags. He also accommodating our requests for playpens and air purifiers. The Pullman Hotel's service was exemplary and proactive; the children's playground and wading pool facilities were excellent, the facilities were top-notch, and the children had a great time! I wish the hotel continued success!”

„Amazing place. We loved it, my kids and my dog! If we could we would have stayed for longer. We will be back! room was spacious and beds were super comfy and beautiful. Shame there wasn’t more animals to see, but perhaps wrong time of year. We will be back soon!”

„酒店整體中規中矩，高速下來10分鐘左右，停車位很多，就是地下車庫沒有電梯衹能走樓梯去一樓，但可以停後門，進門就是電梯。前台入住手續很快，房間也挺寬敞的，都是紅木傢俱很有質感。”
