My first time staying at this type of hostel was interesting to say the least, a new person came into our room and this where the nightmare begun. He proceeded to enter at 2am making as much noise as possible when he finally managed to lie down in his bed which was next to mine all I could hear him saying was “do not rape, do not kill” continuously for 5minutes. He smelt like alcohol and then decided to play with my curtain and open it when I asked him if he’s alright and then he left the room. When he reentered the room 5minutes later he walked around before trying to get into my bed when I got spooked switched on the light and told him politely to piss off. He then said sorry wrong bed. He carried on speaking to himself in bed before trying to leave the room not before stumbling around the room. He then reentered a second time and tried to open my curtain and enter my bed again. I was woken up at 2:30am and then again at 3:30am and then at 4:50 am trying to enter my bed for a 3rd time saying “oh yeah wrong bed” now I’m sure this is a one off occurrence but I don’t usually stay at hostels and to experience this on one of my first stays at this place is crazy. Breakfast was fine—if you overlook the stale pancake. Day one, I got three pieces. Day two, only two. At this rate, by day three I’ll be fighting for my single, lonely slice.

The room still new, because it's like renovated, but the bathroom is quite weird, the shower is strange position and the door have no lock. For the living zone the couch is different from the advertise (in the picture the couch is full set, for real the couch just one part of the set) at room 325. The location is ok for who waiting transit or need near at the airport. Sorry I forgot take a picture of room.

Niedawno zatrzymałem się w hostelu Vientiane BB i byłem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. To idealna opcja dla podróżnych szukających niedrogiego, ale przytulnego i wygodnego hostelu w sercu stolicy Laosu. Po przyjeździe zostałem mile zaskoczony przez przyjazny personel. Zostałem powitany z uśmiechem w recepcji, szybko się zameldowałem i pokazano mi wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Personel mówi po angielsku, co jest bardzo wygodne dla gości zagranicznych, i zawsze jest gotowy pomóc w razie jakichkolwiek pytań, czy to porady dotyczące wycieczek, czy pomocy w transporcie. Zatrzymałem się sam w pokoju Deluxe i mogę powiedzieć, że był to doskonały wybór. Pokój był czysty, przestronny i bardzo przytulny. Łóżko było wygodne, ze świeżą pościelą. Pokój miał klimatyzację, co jest niezbędne w gorącym klimacie, i małą, ale wygodną łazienkę. Śniadania w hostelu były również atrakcją. Każdego dnia możesz wybrać między omletem, jajkami sadzonymi i dwoma tostami. Wszystko jest serwowane świeże i gorące, co sprawia, że ​​jest to świetny sposób na rozpoczęcie dnia. Dodatkowo kawa i herbata są dostępne bezpłatnie o każdej porze dnia, co dodaje gościom dodatkowego poziomu komfortu. Hostel ma również świetną wspólną przestrzeń, w której można odpocząć, skorzystać ze stabilnego Wi-Fi lub porozmawiać z innymi gośćmi. Atmosfera jest spokojna i przyjazna, co tworzy poczucie ciepła i gościnności. Kolejną ważną zaletą jest lokalizacja hostelu. Znajduje się w centrum miasta, w odległości spaceru od głównych atrakcji Wientianu, takich jak Patuxai i promenada nad rzeką Mekong. Dzięki temu mogłem łatwo zwiedzać miasto i jego okolice bez konieczności korzystania z transportu. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, Vientiane BB Hostel oferuje doskonałe połączenie ceny i jakości. To miejsce jest idealne dla osób poszukujących wygodnego zakwaterowania z doskonałymi udogodnieniami w przystępnej cenie. It's a nice hotel in a good location, the room is not bad, good breakfast and has a small pool and deckchairs for relaxing. They also do scooter/ motorbike rentals.

Great service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

The hotel is not easy to find: LOCA app for local taxis does not see this hotel so the passengers must pin the location on the map themselves. The entrance is not really representative - guests have to enter the ”Mister Donut” shop which has predominant sign over the door while the information about the existence of the hotel in this place is just a banner on the pavement. The room price includes a breakfast but it is served from 8 am which makes it impossible to get for someone who must leave at this time (please note that many hotels serve breakfast from 7 am) Finally, in the description of the rooms there is no information that the rooms have actually NO hot water which - for some guests - might make significant difference. The staff speak very little English so any more sophisticated communication (beyond ”Good morning”) must be performed using translator apps.

Miałem wspaniały pobyt w hotelu Lily! Pokój był czysty, wygodny i bardzo zadbany. Lokalizacja jest łatwo dostępna, co ułatwia poruszanie się po okolicy. To, co naprawdę sprawiło, że mój pobyt był niezapomniany, to recepcjoniści, czyli Khaenpheng, Chanya, Bouakeaw, Thee oraz pani odpowiedzialna za sprzątanie mojego pokoju. Są przyjaźni, gościnni i zawsze gotowi pomóc w każdej potrzebie. Ich życzliwość i profesjonalizm naprawdę odmieniły moje wrażenia. Dziękuję, Lily Hotel, za serdeczną gościnność! Na pewno wrócę i polecę to miejsce.

The staff are really kind. They assist you with any help. Food is great and i love it so much with coffee! I love the room temperature, wifi is great. There rooms are clean and toilets too! I love the balcony, wifi is fantastic on that area. The location is near night markets and stores, also near from banks where you can exchange currency. I love to stay here again! The people that owns and works here are nice people. We will definitely gonna come back to this place 💙

The location is good, right in the city center, close to many restaurants, food spots, and the night market. I also received a room at a lower price than my original booking. However, the staff informed me that the room I booked was not available because the previous guest extended their stay, and they could only apologize. Late at night, the key card did not work, so I had to wait while they looked for a spare key. I also requested room cleaning during the day, but it was not done. Overall, considering the price, it was acceptable for a short stay if you don’t expect too much.

The accommodation was nice, but I had booked a king room with a city view. However, the receptionist gave me a room 402 with a queen-size bed instead. When I asked if it was the correct room, they insisted that it was. The booking description also mentioned a refrigerator and a balcony, but the room didn’t have either of those. I was a bit disappointed.
