Very warm to receive a birthday card when we checked in the room. Thanks for being considerate and welcome. As other reviews, the room is clean and spacious. The location is wonderful right at the centre of city. We did include the breakfast and there are many varieties in the morning including the local snacks and dumplings. But one thing to note is the member stay points can only be earned if you booked the room via their official web or app or ********** app. Our stay via trip com was not eligible to earn the stays. However, it is a great experience in general.

This hotel is a 10-15 min walk from san fang qi xiang which can be daunting after a long day of sight-seeing but a big advantage is that the surrounding area is very peaceful and one is able to get a good night's rest. The decor of the hotel is also very beautiful and very nice to come back to each evening. And a big shout-out to the breakfast range and the restaurant staff who are very hospitable and friendly. I got a free upgrade to the room. It was very comfortable but because the washroom area was so big I struggled to find space to open up my big luggage, so do be aware. All in all, this hotel is recommended!

The location is off the main city but that is the charm of it as it is less crowded and provided the much needed serenity the place has to offer. The service of the place was excellent and delicately provided to suit your needs. It is simple, beautiful and very homely.

Efficient check-in at Lobby receptions. Our room 2201 was on the same floor as the executive lounge. Comfortable room with separate toilet, shower room and a separate walk-in wardrobe/security box/exercise room. Good view of the surrounding area and Fuzhou city from our room and exercise lounge. Complimentary white fungus red date soup every evening delivered to our room. Nice The executive lounge serves happy hours from 5.3pm to 7.30 pm.There were some hot food, fruits (no refill), desserts and drinks including 3 types of beer and 1 Chilean white and red each.. However, it lacks the atmosphere and no background music. No customer service interaction from the lounge hostess. It's more like a canteen feel. Quite stingy with the provisions of new white wine when finished. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of tasty food, beverages (several tea bags option) efficient & friendly customer service and a spread out seating arrangement. Gym is relatively small for a 5-star hotel. Limited range of exercise equipment. Enough for a basic workout but lacking the fitness centre environment when compared to other 5 star hotels. Convenient location with a shopping mall opposite hotel connected by a walking bridge, accessed externally. Metro station is 5 min walk passed a historical family estate home. 4 stops to SanFang SiXiang tourist site at Donjuekou station.

This is my go to hotel whenever I travel. Everything is quiet and the hotel staff are friendly and respectful. I will always choose Hyatt. Plus, their breakfast is the best.

This is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel. We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable. The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed. Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore. Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transportations, such as buses, train stations, and the subway, the famous hot spring park is nearby. There are abundance of restaurants within a short walking distance. While the hotel amenities may not have been updated to five-star standards, it was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was great. The check-in process and English communication were easy. Overall, I found this hotel to be a fantastic value for the price.

Nice location and the hot springs was nice. Romantic room and the private hot tub on the balcony was OK The only drawback was that they don't accept western credit cards and you shouldn't expect a western breakfast. But the breakfast was still good if you appreciate Chinese food.
