„Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.”

„We got an upgrade after we came back from the break of our trip, which the hotel told us there is no promise. This stay was much comfortable than the previous stay as the bed was much better. However, the spot lights are out of position which we do not expect from a branded hotel like that. The toilet door was also quite difficult to close. Generally the stay was good!”

Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. „Room was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.”

„The regular economy rooms are enough to make you say wow. Good movie selection Mandarin or English. Indoor is oddly shaped but since it was my first summer stay it was also the first time I've seen it with more than 5 people. I finally didn't disappoint me. The experience of Junning, who lived last year, was particularly bad, and I lost confidence in the high-priced hotels near Hefei. This time I was very lucky. First of all, it was the environment. Every brick and tile felt the intention. When I asked the boss, I really did the project. The decoration and supplies of the room were carefully selected, and the service was very comfortable. Thank you for the handmade Wenxu, the old house where the meal is Xu Auntie and the handsome brother. Everyone is working and serving with care. The following small suggestions: Since you have done butler service, you can add customer WeChat in advance, send the weather and route, and you can meet the online butler and the customer to have an interaction when you leave, which is more conducive to customer evaluation. These are the experience of the hotel in Sanya, and the comprehensive has been done very well! Small suggestions hope that you can be better. I highly recommend the Emerald Lake Hotel in Hefei! Our stay during our wedding anniversary was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible service provided by the manager, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire hotel team. From the very beginning, Sun Xue Fei went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and special experience. They even added me on WeChat to help with communication, offering translation services to make everything seamless. The room was beautifully decorated to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, with thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. We were especially grateful for their quick response to our last-minute request for a cot for our 2-year-old son. Originally, we hadn’t planned for him to join us, but since we couldn’t find a nanny, the hotel accommodated us wonderfully with the cot, making the stay even more comfortable. We are so thankful for their personalized service and for making our anniversary so memorable. Emerald Lake Hotel truly exemplifies hospitality at its finest. Thank you, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire team, for making this occasion unforgettable!

A brand new, morden themed IHG hotel, located in a high tech park, at the new developed region of the city. Closd to the lake side park, large shopping/theme park, and modernized old town shopping centre. 10 min walk to the nearest metro station, as well as a shopping mall with plenty of eaterings. The quality of the breakfast was great, in term of both the variaties and quality, only pity close at10am. The staff in the hotel were also very kind and helpful, representing company's quality training and service standard. The hotel also kindly provided supplement drinks in the minibar as well as daily bottled drink water. Highly recommended.

酒店今年新開業，設施很新，關閉門窗情況下不可避免地還是有些裝修味道的，但開窗會有蚊蟲，但是卻又沒有安裝窗紗門紗，不過酒店也配置了空氣凈化器可以打開運行。我們入住的套房是頂層，屋頂挑高，顯得非常寬敞明亮。房間裝修也是現在流行的大氣簡潔風格，可惜洗臉盆的設計有問題，好看不實用，導致總是排水不凈，總有餘水滯留在池內。另外我們入住的房間是朝向鄉村馬路的，而隔着馬路對面有當地村民院內養着十幾衹雞鵝，半夜三點就開始有公雞打鳴，時斷時續，吵得我們無法熟睡。將近兩千的價格不能保證安靜的睡眠環境，入住體驗肯定還是打了折扣的。酒店離黛鰲山景區大門很近，步行幾分鐘便可到達。即使在國慶節期間，和其他熱門景區相比，這裏景區遊客也是寥寥，對於我們這種喜歡安靜、討厭人從眾、希望避開國慶節期間客流高峯的遊客來説，入住這裡是一種很好的選擇。除了離景區近，就餐也很方便。酒店本身就提供餐飲，當然價格也不菲。在距離快到達酒店大約700米處公路左手邊有家叫黛鰲山人家的夫妻店餐館，我們就餐選擇這裏，午餐晚餐吃了幾次都覺得味道不錯，性價比可以，所以就餐也不是問題。酒店內針對住客舉辦的活動不少，什麼早上打八段錦、做手工香囊之類的，可以看出來酒店方還是花了不少心思的。酒店有游泳池，即使入秋了，也還是有遊客打卡游泳的。酒店管理有序，工作人員都積極熱情，退房時還非常貼心地送了我們中秋節月餅禮盒。廬江有秀美的湖光山色和豐富的旅遊資源，高端酒店民宿也是在近幾年來、在被劃歸合肥城市區域後快速開發建設發展起來的，衷心希望廬江旅遊業酒店業能興旺發達，希望廬江能夠成為合肥市民休閑度假的後花園。

I chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions. The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel. Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

My experience is good for the hotel facilities.Breakfast is good and plenty of variety. One of the reasons I choose this hotel is that they have bus which bring us to the airport.When one asks about the airport bus location,the receptionist never give us clear reply.They only say in the front door ,but in fact the stop is at the entrance of the hotel not the main door.the bus will not come in the hotel and only stop outside.The hotel can always do better to help the visitors.

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.
