„I recently stayed at a transit hotel in Chengdu and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s very close to the airport—perfect for short layovers or early flights. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The meals were surprisingly good for a transit hotel, with a nice variety and satisfying quality. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long journey. I also appreciated the facilities and amenities. The hotel offers a comfortable environment with thoughtful touches, and the bathtub was a great bonus—perfect for unwinding and refreshing before the next leg of travel. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was not noisy at all. I was able to rest comfortably without any disturbance, which is something I really value. There is also a VIP check-in service available at the airport, which sounds like a great perk, although I wasn’t entirely sure how to use it. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer instructions for guests on how to take advantage of this feature. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone transiting through Chengdu. It offers convenience, comfort, and quality, making travel much more enjoyable.”

„Very warm hosting, I mean literally, they pick us up very early. But the counter attitude is quite unstable, there is a girl I try to check her name tag, luckily she doesn't wear one, she is quite unfriendly. Others are fine, still recommand.”

„Hotel is within the Tianfu airport. It is very convenient, just 5 min walk from metro station to hotel lobby but you have to pass through security check/clearance before proceed to hotel lobby. Hotel room is clean and nice. The noise level is quite OK when plane landing the airport. Toilet and bathroom is separated, which is good. Breakfast buffet has variety of choices from Chinese oriental food to western cuisine and some Japanese food like sushi.”

„Hotel provide shuttle bus every 30 mins which covers most of the time traveller needed. Head to the 'Group Bus' section to look for the bus to hotel. Check in was fast and may requires additional buggy ride to apartment block; Hotel has 3 different apartment blocks which is wide. Hotel is clean and good for early flyers from Tianfu airport or late reachers.”

„Positive - Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport - Breakfast was amazing (11/10) - There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket - The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy. Negative - Difficult communication with hotel people. 1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know trip.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on trip.com (lol). 2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to trip.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of trip.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally 3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…) 4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all. 5) at the end of my trip they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out. - Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected).”

„Very nice hotel & affordable too. The room is spacious & the beds are big & comfortable. Too bad we check in late & check out early the next day to catch an early flight. This is the most luxurious hotel of our 11D10N trip.”
