„I wholeheartedly recommend the Tonglu Junyue Hotel! The first-rate Fuchun River view is absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were well-equipped. The front desk service was attentive and warm; they even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for a stroll along the riverside. The check-in experience was great, and it offers good value for money. It deserves five stars, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tonglu.”

„以下文字可能略有浮誇，但確實是本人真情實感😎 碰巧娃這次生日是週六就想定個酒店給他慶生日，以前住過莫干山的開元森泊，還有挺多開元的酒店，服務一直都是我比較認可的。這次就定了新開的外婆家。 真的是，按頭給姐姐妹妹安利了！ 我記得莫干山的生日佈置和蛋糕是付費的，這家居然免費提供！！！管家小葉提前加了微信，幫我確認了好多事項，我在酒店的這兩天一直實時微信聯絡。退房還送了小禮物。酒店領導要是看到我的評論，快給他獎勵個大雞腿。👍🏻 酒店的景色還是很美的，正好花也開了。2天1夜過的還真快，完美的週末！！！”

„很喜歡房間裏的小卡片，才知道酒店門口這棵樹這麼有歷史～衝著新開的酒店臨時決定來的真嘟非常不錯，這裏服務人員都超級熱情！住其他同等水平的酒店一般衹有經理熱情其他的員工都帶淡淡的牛馬感（沒有説牛馬感有錯的意思哈哈哈哈），這裏真的所有工作人員都超熱情～特別舒服早餐也不錯對象幹了兩碗餛飩！伶俐小姐姐真嘟非常nice服務真的都非常及時，小小的建議就是建議買電動擦窗機器窗子外面擦一下，景色太好啦窗子不擦太可惜了～等大奇山風景區開了過來玩的時候再來住一天嘻嘻～”

„客觀評論一下該酒店，畢竟這家店是我精挑細選後定下來的. 高鐵桐廬站出站後坐公交桐廬K3到迎春小區站下車，對面就是勵駿。前台很熱情客氣給我們從豪華江景升級到至尊江景，酒店設施豪華歐洲宮廷風。枕頭極不舒服，沒有支撐點，無論是一個枕頭還是兩個枕頭，都十分不舒服，軟趴趴的讓人很疲憊，睡覺十分的不舒適，早餐很一般相當的一般！”

„I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! He prepared a birthday cake surprise for my son which turned the day into an unforgettable birthday. Many thanks to all at Conrad Tonglu”

„因為原來訂的酒店不滿意臨時更換的酒店，作為江浙當地的酒店一直有着不錯的印象。所以經過開元時就馬上入住了，酒店的前台服務很親切自然，客房也很不錯，而且房間佈置很有特色，開闊大氣，景觀也很好，發現沒有行李架後，客房服務馬上貼心的拿來了。唯一有點不足的是酒店的早餐，雖然有春節期間客流大和人手少等問題的客觀原因，但不得不説的是早餐有點太敷衍了，以前經常入住開元的一個很大原因是覺得開元的餐飲做的很不錯， 但這次是大大的失望了一下，同樣是春節期間，後面二天入住的駿悦提供了極其優秀的早餐品質，希望酒店以後能加已改善”

„We had a fantastic stay at the big house at Nine Cloud Homestead Resort, traveling with 6 adults and 4 children. The house is beautifully located at the foot of the mountain, with a huge garden full of lovely trees and flowers, making it peaceful and perfect for families. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent — special thanks to our dedicated housekeeper Aline, who was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The shuttle service between the hall and the house was very convenient, and guests can enjoy many free amenities including the swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and badminton courts. A wonderful, relaxing stay — highly recommended for families and groups!”

„With school starting soon and us not having had the chance to take the kids on a summer trip, we decided to visit Tonglu for some water fun. We initially thought about river tracing and OMG, but then found out that Kaiyuan Senbo also opened in Tonglu! The best part was that the package only cost an extra 200 this weekend, so I quickly booked it with a friend's family. The hotel is relatively new, and the room facilities are very modern. We were lucky enough to be assigned a corner room, which came with a huge terrace and a 90-degree panoramic view! 😁 The 3-in-1 shower faucet was excellent, with very stable water temperature control. All the parent-child facilities were also well-equipped. The only minor drawback was that the toilet still didn't have an electric bidet seat, which feels a bit outdated. The day before check-in, our butler, Kele, already added us on WeChat. She arranged everything for us during our stay and was always available when we needed her. She regularly checked in on us and our needs, responding quickly. Even though the hotel was fully booked on our check-out day, she went out of her way to get us a late check-out until 2 PM. She even prepared a small gift for our child (who loved the building blocks!). This is truly the best butler service I've experienced in recent years! I'd give it 5 stars and then some! 😁 We woke up late for breakfast, arriving at the restaurant around 9 AM. There was a line at the entrance, but we only waited about 10 minutes before getting a table. The breakfast selection was quite rich, with many local snacks and plenty of options for kids. The staff were also very enthusiastic and responsible, making for a great experience. Other hotel services were also on point. The water park gets a big thumbs up! I also want to commend the entire service team. In an environment where things are often done half-heartedly, the service attitude across dining, entertainment, front desk, and housekeeping was absolutely top-notch! It's not easy, and I hope they keep it up! 👍”
