„Hotel is conveniently located 15 min walk/5 min drive to 新興客運站.  Reception, restaurant, and lobby bar service are all good. Buffet breakfast is also nice particularly for vegetarians.  Will stay here again if i visit the place next time.”

„Definitely a 5 star experience From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, we were greeted by smiling staff ready to take our luggage and opening our car doors. Our room was already set to a comfortable temperature and smelling of beautiful scent from the essential oils burning as we entered. There were also a variety of fresh fruit and cookies on the table with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel. Without going into more details, this basically set the tone of our entire stay, which is outstanding !! No need to mention that the food at the restaurants were great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.”

„Zoe's service was warm and professional, and check-in was very efficient. Noting we had children with us, she proactively provided children's bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrushes. Welcome fruit was provided in the room, a very thoughtful touch. The room was very clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The bathroom had ample water pressure and consistent hot water. The shower gel and shampoo were high-quality, and the smart device was easy to use. The gym was well-equipped and well-maintained. The hot spring pool was clear and beautiful. The restaurant offered a varied and delicious breakfast. The public areas were stylishly designed and comfortable. The location is excellent, a 7-minute walk from Guo'en Temple and Longtan Lake Wetland Park, making travel extremely convenient.”

„The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. A five-star review should honestly reflect the reviewer's experience with the product or service.loved it, I strongly recommend, I enjoyed lot, Thank you to freely hover golden shuitai hot spring town.”
