„Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is near the Wanda mall. It’s also 10mins short drive to 网红墙. It’s a “smart” hotel with robots delivering your ordered food from Mei Tuan. Room is also controlled by AI assistant “Xiao Du”. Hotel manager very helpful. He provides local information as well as facilitates guests queries effectively. Hotel provides free self service laundry on the 11th floor. You do need to understand Chinese to use it. We were there in December and room central heating is too warm to our liking and cannot be controlled effectively within the room even with “Xiao Du”help. Housekeeping between the 2 days can be improve as well. However I will still recommend this hotel if you are in YanJi.”

„Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!”

„This hotel is perfectly located at the intersection of Park Road and Jindalai Street, right next to Yanbian University and Arirang Football Park. It's just a few minutes' drive to the famous 'bullet comments' wall, making the location absolutely fantastic. Walking into the lobby and being greeted with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie instantly melts away all the travel fatigue. 🍪”

„We stayed in the family deluxe room, the 'Dinosaur Water World Stone Age' themed room. The room design was quite unique and my child loved it, but the cleanliness was subpar. The floor felt sandy when you walked on it, and there was a constant layer of white dust on my phone screen and the wall light switches, which appeared every time we moved even slightly. I'm not sure what it was. There must have been a lot of dust mites on the bed. My child's legs were itchy and had small bites, and since it's not summer, it couldn't have been mosquitoes – it had to be dust mites. I felt itchy all over too while sleeping. It seemed like the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, just superficially tidied up, without proper wiping. Perhaps it's because the room is large and has two floors, but in terms of hygiene, I felt the value for money wasn't good. We just stayed for two days for the child's happiness. The hot springs and water park were nice, but the water in the water park was too cold. Initially, we weren't allowed to bring towels from the hot springs area, nor could we wear slippers. The water park didn't provide towels or slippers either. My child's lips turned purple from the cold. Kids don't mind when they want to play, but it was really cold for adults, and we worried about the child getting sick. Also, walking without slippers was very slippery, and I was afraid the child would fall. Later, we saw people wearing slippers, so I went to the front desk to ask where we could get some. The front desk said that management had just changed the rule, and now we could bring towels and wear slippers. Then, there was a sushi stand nearby. I asked if it was chargeable (intending to ask if it required cash or room key payment), and they said yes, it was chargeable. Immediately after, I overheard a male and female hotel staff member laughing, as if implying, 'Do you expect it for free if it's not chargeable?'”

„To fantastyczny hotel! Wszystko tutaj jest bardzo dobrze zorganizowane. Hotel pracownicy mówią po angielsku. Przeniesienie z stacji kolejowej szybkiej wzięło i przywiózło nas do hotelu. Pokój już zawierał przywitane owoce i prezenty. Przestronny pokój na 10 piętrze z pięknym widokiem. Pokój ma wszystko i jeszcze więcej dla komfortu, aby czuć się w domu. Są kubki na kawę i herbatę. Okulary wina i nawet śrubokręt do otwarcia butelki. W lodówce już było chłodzone woda. W łazience wszystko było również pięknie zorganizowane i przyjemne małe - różowe płatki. miękkie poduszki, wygodne łóżka. Hotel jest bardzo wygodnie położony. Istnieje wiele atrakcji: Muzeum Dinosaur, Koreański ogród ludowy, Królestwo Dinosaur. Pearl Tower można szybko dojechać taksówką. Świetne i zmienna śniadanie codziennie. Ja i moi przyjaciele naprawdę cieszyliśmy się pobytem w tym hotelu. Chcę tu jeszcze raz wrócić!”
