"The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety, and there was even an evening show. The location was perfect, close to everything, and right next to the West Market, which was very convenient. On our last day, our flight was very late, and the staff went above and beyond to arrange a late check-out for my parents so they could rest. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance."

His service attitude was excellent – very conscientious, responsible, and patient, even helping us switch rooms. However, the other young lady's service was less impressive. On another note, the hotel room facilities weren't checked; neither of the wireless chargers next to the beds worked, and the bedside outlets had poor contact, resulting in my phone not charging all night."

"We're a family of 5, travelling with 3 kids aged between 5-15. We were attended by friendly front desk and rooms were nice and comfortable. It is a pity that we only had a day in Yanji, and we went straight to the Korean Folks Village for photoshoot 😂 Good to note that this hotel offers free hanbok for photo taking within its premise, we took advantage of that and continued to take more photos with the makeup and hairdo from the earlier photoshoot 🤭 We did not managed to have breakfast in the hotel due to early flight out. Will definitely come back again when visiting Yanji as its location is great and we have yet to explore around."
