Jest to najtańszy hotel Ritz-Carlton, w jakim kiedykolwiek przebywałem. Podczas wakacji kosztował ponad 2000 juanów, a i tak jest tego wart. Byłoby wspaniale, gdyby na śniadanie dodano trochę owsianki i makaronu odpowiedniego dla chińskiego żołądka!

Po pierwsze, to nie jest hotel 5-gwiazdkowy! Na wielu stronach internetowych jest oznaczony jako 5⭐, ale w rzeczywistości ma 4⭐. Pokoje są w porządku, mieliśmy wygodne, prawdziwe łóżko podwójne (a nie dwa pojedyncze łóżka udające podwójne). Darmowy minibar i ekspres do kawy były świetnym dodatkiem. Brakowało jednak kapci. Balkon w moim pokoju był za mały, ale niektóre pokoje mają większe balkony, więc to, co się trafi, zależy od szczęścia. Lokalizacja jest w porządku, ale nie rewelacyjna. Blisko stacji metra, z jedną linią. Aby gdziekolwiek dojechać, trzeba najpierw udać się do stacji Zoo.

Amazing location next to the Potsdamer Platz and literally steps away from the Memorial of the Murdered Jews and Brandenburger Tor. Also a super central location for getting to all the other tourist attractions like the East side gallery, alexanderplatz etc. The hotel itself is quite dated and simple, but cleanliness is maintained. Housekeeping was rather careless e.g. forgot to refill conditioner for both nights, sending same amenities twice, but fast to respond overall.

The hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before. I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

Wspaniały pobyt w tym hotelu. Personel był niezwykle profesjonalny i pomocny, gdy trip.com nie potwierdził prawidłowo pokoi w tym hotelu. Kierownik zrobił wszystko, co mógł, aby pomóc nam rozwiązać problem. Pokoje były stylowe i czyste, a lokalizacja była w odległości spaceru od wielu atrakcji i systemu transportu publicznego w Zoological Station.

Wyjątkowa lokalizacja w samym sercu Berlina. Luksusowe zakwaterowanie, nienaganna obsługa i doskonała lokalizacja w pobliżu głównych atrakcji zapewniły nam niezapomniany pobyt. Elegancki wystrój hotelu, światowej klasy udogodnienia i dbałość o szczegóły. Niezależnie od tego, czy przyjeżdżasz w celach biznesowych, czy turystycznych, JW Marriott Berlin jest najlepszy i na pewno zatrzymam się tu ponownie…

Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra. Do zarezerwowanej restauracji można dojść w 15 minut. Po drodze znajdują się bary, obok biblioteki, uniwersytetu i międzynarodowego centrum konferencyjnego. Sceneria jest wspaniała.

Często podróżuję i śpię w hotelach wiele nocy w roku, ale nigdy nie doświadczyłem takiej sytuacji, jak po przyjeździe do Hilton Berlin. Zarezerwowałem i opłaciłem „pokój z dwoma łóżkami i widokiem na kopułę” około 4 miesiące przed podróżą. Po zameldowaniu automatycznie przydzielono mi pokój, który nie był ani z dwoma łóżkami, ani z widokiem na kopułę (widok można zobaczyć na poniższych zdjęciach). Dwukrotnie wracałem do recepcji, żeby narzekać, że to nie ten pokój, który zarezerwowałem. Personel hotelu był bardzo nieuprzejmy. Nie pozwolono mi porozmawiać z menedżerem, nie zaproponowano żadnego rozwiązania ani rekompensaty. Odpowiedzieli po prostu, że hotel jest zarezerwowany i nic nie mogą zrobić. Było to złe z kilku powodów. Po pierwsze, przydzielono mi pokój z jednym łóżkiem, po drugie, nie zaproponowano żadnego rozwiązania poza dodaniem do pokoju małego, rozkładanego łóżka, a po trzecie, nie pozwolono mi porozmawiać z menedżerem. Jestem bardzo rozczarowany, takie doświadczenia nie przytrafiają się sieciom hotelowym takim jak Hilton. Ten niefortunny incydent zepsuł mi pobyt w hotelu. Mam nadzieję, że ta recenzja w jakiś sposób dotrze do kogoś w Hiltonie i pomoże uniknąć podobnych doświadczeń kolejnych gości. Co więcej, sauna najwyraźniej nie była wliczona w cenę pokoju (w ogóle o tym nie wspomniano), a kiedy się wymeldowałem, okazało się, że muszę płacić za każdą wizytę w saunie.
